We made the reservation 1week prior also gave the advance an specified the table which was C5 the reservation was made on monday (22nd April 2024).in front of us an the table was as also mention in front of us an we arrived today thats friday we were nor late nor we asked for anything extra. On arrival the table which was offered to us was C3 an our table which was C5 was given to other people on speaking to your staff manager we made every clear we only want C5 because we paid an booked for that. But the staff service is pathetic just by making a nice place but not having a staff to accommodate the guest requested prior was clearly denied the staff was so rude that he clearly said ‘that they won’t speak to the guest already seating an they wont ask them to move in a fraction of second they agreed to also refund our money. Whole day we waited for evening to spend there but our mood was clearly spoiled an made us frustate because we can clearly see that the staff has no interest to fulfill the prior an advance booking if you cannot fulfill the advance booking better from next time dont take the adavnce booking you people has spolied our evening you people are taking tourist for granted because you know that even if one guest goes it wont harm your business but i am telling you soon your downfall will start an it will be all because of what has happen.
