Unforgettable Experience at Antares Beach Resort

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Antares Beach Resort and I can confidently say that it was an incredible experience from start to finish. This resort truly exceeded all my expectations and left me with lasting memories.

First and foremost, the location of Antares Beach Resort is simply perfect. Our room overlooked a beautiful pool and the serene Vagator Beach. The convenience was unparalleled, as the beach was just a few steps away from our room. What made it even more special was the peaceful and uncrowded atmosphere of the beach, allowing for a truly tranquil stay.

The staff at Antares Beach Resort were some of the sweetest individuals I have encountered in the hotel industry. From the very beginning, their manager, Akshay, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process and made sure that our entire stay was nothing short of peaceful and enjoyable. Even my teenage brother, who had multiple requests for the housekeeping staff, was treated with utmost care and all his needs were fulfilled without any hesitation. This level of service truly made our stay memorable and added a personal touch to our experience.

Antares Beach Resort is without a doubt one of the finest properties in North Goa. It caters to every type of guest, whether it be couples, families, or even older individuals. The resort offers a wide range of amenities and activities that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of its guests.

However, it is important to note that the resort is built on a hill, which means there are quite a few steps throughout the property. While this adds to the uniqueness and charm of the resort, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or elderly individuals. It is worth considering this aspect when planning a stay at Antares Beach Resort.

Moreover, the quality of the food, accommodation, and rooms at Antares Beach Resort was exceptional. Everything was immaculate and well-maintained, providing us with the utmost comfort and relaxation. The rates offered by the resort were also reasonable and provided excellent value for the outstanding experience we had.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Antares Beach Resort for anyone planning a trip to Goa. The breathtaking location, exceptional staff, and overall delightful experience make it the perfect choice for a memorable stay.

On the flip side, I strongly advise against staying at Thalassa Boutique Hotel, as it falls far short of the standards set by Antares Beach Resort. Choose Antares Beach Resort for an unforgettable vacation in Goa that you will cherish for...

I wish I could take away this single star too.. that's how horrible our stay (if you can call it that) was!! When we made the booking it was not mentioned where the location of the "Party Hut" (which btw is the smallest room with basic amenities charged at exorbitant rates!) is.. even when we enquired at the reception that the restaurant music would affect our stay..the reception guy assured us that the music plays only till 10pm post which it turns down. We had our lunch and booked a reservation for dinner in the resort hotel which is so well known for world renowned Sarah Todd's culinary skills.. However post 7:30 pm the music grew so loud that it started pulsing in our heads.. at 9:30 pm after bearing for 2 hrs of the techno bass music we again approached the reception to turn down the music a little or if only to not play bass based songs.. to which the guy (Nazibul) at reception gave us a rude reply saying that the music won't stop till 1 am. Then we asked to speak to the manager(Rajan Morajkar)..who again with no apologies asked to bear with the music as it is.. there were other people in the restaurant who too were complaining about the music to which the restaurant manager simply said that were you not aware that this place turns into a club after 10pm to early hours in the morning! This information was not provided to us while booking (via Agoda). We checked out at 10 pm and were not even refunded half the amount! That whole place is a scam with misleading picture and description on their websites!! Horrible management and callous attitudes! Greedy Property head.. New year trouble..

I had booked via Agoda for celebrating new year (30 Dec - 2 Jan) around the vagator beach and location/cost wise it was the perfect getaway for a couple. Ended up paying 2.5x rate for a party hut with no breakfast included. Still we felt it was a fair deal.

A day before the booking, the hotel manager Mr Bharat-Ji denied the booking and mentioned that the rate at which we got the party hut wasn't working for them and on 26th they had cancelled the booking and the room wasn't blocked by them. This was never informed to me or the Agoda team.

When explaining all of the above to the Agoda's customer care, they mentioned the room was shown as a valid booking in their system and i was told to wait for 24 hrs.

The next morning was my check-in date and still there was no clarity from Agoda. I had to book a different resort and ask for a refund. Mr Bharat-Ji mentioned to contact the reservation team as it was not his working day. He also started to pitch a shady resort called Flamingo Resort nearby since it was maintained by his friend.

Now comes the shocking part where the reservation team at the Anteras resort told me that the booking was still active and that the yatra channel partner which agoda used for the booking had raised a cancellation. Why 🤔 was there a disconnect between the property head and the reservation team.

Thankfully the refund was processed by Agoda on the same day.
