I am eating balan sandwich uttapa more then 10 years but very worst incident happened with me actually that not week end days but I was went there for ate uttapa only I just waited more then 20 mins for seating arrangement they offer me chair after 20 mins I just sit there person come from beside mahakali bhaji pav told me if you want to sit here you should order something from our shop but I went there for just eating sandwich uttapa only I said no ! To that person I talk to the owner after 10 min they arrange me another siting place I am sit near stall order sandwich uttapa in butter it cost me around 160rs after that I waited for more than 20 mins but my beside person come after me they ordered food they got and I am still waiting then too much of waiting I got uttapa when I see daal and coconut chutney this is like water little amount of butter on uttapa I felt cheated i call service man come here that also taking too much time to giving his service i complained before eating and he told his boss your just put half spoon butter on uttapa your charging 160rs and daal and coconut chutney is like water his boss angry on me telling me you only have problems not any other person have problem that showing me rude behavior I felt this person does not respect customer I paid money I decided never ever go there stall next time they degraded quality of food I ate luchka(thick) coconut chutney same stall he does not care about old customers they are just money Making if you don't like food quality because you ate same food at same stall several times then i am complaining them they showing me his rude and arrogant behavior never ever go there better to eat any other place this is...

Rude staff, very very rude staff, As we call know there is common sitting area in manek chowk for all. No food vendors there owns there sitting places. I have been there few days ago and I have ordered 1 saada dosa and other things I have ordered from mahalaxmi pav bhaji so the manager of balan dosa refused to serve me a saad dosa saying that they don’t have saada dosa. I a full fledged running dosa cart dont have saada dosa?? And he refused like I have begged to serve. I was with family and guests and was ashamed of his answers. One thing I want to tell you that your dosas are pathetic and have no taste. There are many dosa vendors in Ahmedabad and even in manek chowk that serves better taste than you. U dont own manek chowk and that belongs to us public. At least respect the public and ur customers. Khana acha serve nai kr skte to kam se kam respect krna to seekho
