Great location but rooms were not that great.

Since we were on a family trip, we had booked for 3 rooms for 3 days. Good were clean, but we found bedbug in one of the room, hence, we were relocated to another room the next morning. Rooms had very little to no air circulation. Lift is small and in a very cramped space.

Don't book this particular property from Agoda, where it lists Deluxe room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, whereas in reality it only had 1 double bed. I had to debate and argue with the Receptionist because of this confusion. But he was reluctant to accept it, and was asking me to talk to Agoda customer care, whereas it was their fault, since they have listed the property with misleading information.

Staff was very helpful. Since our train was in the evening, we had availed for cloak room service, which was very nice.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a few issues that prevented me from fully enjoying my stay.
