Domino's Pizza | Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad — Restaurant in Gujarat

We ordered from here (online). We had ordered 2 pizzas, a zingy parcel, a bottle of Pepsi and a stuffed garlic bread. Firstly the order reached incomplete, they forgot to bring us the garlic bread. Then after a long wait we sat down trying to better our mood with pizzas but to our surprise, the pizzas were looking pathetic, they had just a splash of cheese. It didn't look like pizza, it was more of a sauce and base. The zingy parcel was looking like it had been contracted. We were so disappointed that we called the help centre and we had it returned. When we asked the supervisor about the amount of cheese that they put they weren't even sorry and was just like okay then return, so we did. I never expected this from dominos. I'm never ordering or eating from there. And they also were so shameless that they added the amount in their wallet so that even if we want to reimburse the product we have to buy from them. I hope Karma would reach them well.

2nd review:- As the amount was stored in the dominos wallet we had to order to get it reimbursed. So I went to this branch this time and requested them to not to ruin the order. We ordered around 8 things and this time when we opened the food it looked nice cheese was put appropriately. I was happy overall that they did compensate. A day after all the people who ate got diarrhea. And I had diarrhea for a week. So it is a concern of the Quality. The brand Dominos is not reliable especially in this monsoon weather. I will never eat from this branch ever again. I hope even if one person is saved by this review to not to ruin...

Worst Domino’s ever visited I wish I could give Negative stars to this Restaurant Cleanliness and Hygiene is not at all maintained dirty floor, dirty chairs and spending such high price they expect guest to sit at this dirty place tables were not cleaned I had to get the tissue from counter and clean the table for my self even the containers having oregano and chilli flakes were looking like they are not cleaned since ages. It was very hot environment in Dine in area as none of the AC was switched on and when complained about it they started giving reason that they are automatic and all we were literally sweating when again complained about it they switched on the same. When approached the counter to order they just had a small Menu Card which had hardly 6 to 7 Pizzas and when asked for another menu card staff said “itna he hai aur koi option nai hai dine in order Mai” then I placed order from your app where everything was available that means the staff was lying about it. Staff were wearing very dirty uniforms and dirty aprons and even they didn’t had covered their hair and bread and were roaming in the kitchen very unhygienic.

Very much disappointed with this kind if service. Domino’s has really downgraded their service.

My recent experience at Domino's was utterly terrible in terms of service, food, and staff behavior. The staff seemed to have no regard for the customers' money.

I had specifically ordered a pizza without onion or garlic. However, one staff member claimed that chili flakes and oregano wouldn't be available with that order, while another contradicted them, saying those items simply "don't come" with it.

To make matters worse, the bill included two ketchup packets that were never provided to us. When I questioned this, the staff offered "normal ketchup," assuring me it was Jain-friendly, but it clearly contained onion.

Finally, the excuse given for all these blunders was that the staff was new and "didn't know." This is unacceptable. What about the ₹600 I spent on the pizzas? My experience was highly unsatisfactory.

Adding to the poor experience, the small Domino's outlet had no proper system in place. There was a single cash counter, leading to an extremely long queue.
