Disappointing Experience with Domino's 6-in-1 Pizza at Palladium Mall
I had high expectations when I decided to try Domino’s 6-in-1 Pizza at Palladium Mall, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a deeply unsatisfactory experience. Having ordered it for the first time, I anticipated a variety of flavors packed into one exciting meal. However, what we received was far from enjoyable.
Firstly, the toppings on each section of the pizza tasted stale, lacking freshness or appeal. Instead of a vibrant mix of ingredients, we were met with dull, uninspiring flavors that failed to make any impact. Additionally, the toppings were not properly shaped—large, uneven chunks of vegetables were scattered across the pizza, making it look and feel carelessly assembled.
Secondly, the base of the pizza was noticeably wet, soaked with some kind of fluid—possibly water or sauce that had not been handled properly. This made the entire pizza soggy, completely ruining the texture. A well-made pizza should have a crisp or slightly chewy base, but this one was just unpleasantly damp.
To add to the disappointment, the pizza was not properly cut, making it difficult to separate the slices and enjoy the meal comfortably. There was hardly any real taste in any of the sections, with each portion feeling bland, lacking seasoning, and missing the bold flavors expected from a Domino’s offering.
Having had Domino’s pizza before, I can confidently say that this experience was below their usual standards. Previously, I have enjoyed better quality, taste, and presentation from their pizzas, but this time, it felt like a rushed, poorly executed product.
Overall, this was the worst pizza experience we've had. Given the price and the expectations from a well-known brand, we expected a much better product. This meal did not deliver on quality, freshness, or taste, leaving us entirely dissatisfied. We hope Domino’s addresses these issues and improves the quality of this menu item, as this experience was far...

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Domino’s outlet. Firstly, the pizza I received had an extremely thin and soggy base — it felt more like a poorly made snack than a proper Domino’s pizza. Secondly, the staff behavior was shockingly rude. They were not only unprofessional but also threatening. One of them even said things like “I’ll spoil your pizza if you complain.”
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a reputed brand like Domino’s. There was no sense of customer service or politeness. I would strongly recommend others to avoid this outlet until they improve their quality of food and train their staff in basic manners and...

After that I waited for my order for 30 minutes, even after I asked for the order he said 2 minutes. I went to ask 2 to 3 times and after some time when I went back I asked them about my order, they told me from there that your order is going to someone else and they was told that now I am making the order back to you.I said no. And asked for my refund. (They didn't give me any order slip or bill when I ordered them. When I asked for it, they said the printer is bad now, so the bill won't come and they just said your order...
