Disappointing Experience at Epicurean Alley
I recently visited Epicurean Alley with a group of friends, excited to try their unlimited serving option. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff.
When we asked to order two different types of starters for our group, we were flat out denied. The excuse given was that they couldn't accommodate multiple orders for a group, which seemed unreasonable and inflexible.
The service was slow, and the staff seemed put off by our requests. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming and made us feel like we were a burden.
For a restaurant that claims to offer unlimited servings, it's shocking that they can't accommodate basic requests. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service left a sour taste in our mouths.
Rating:_ 1/5 stars
Would not recommend_ Epicurean Alley for group outings or those seeking good customer service.

Read moreThe Assistant Manager really does not have any sense of business. The food was really bad and we were having a conversation internally about the same, while we ordered another dish to check either it worths a second chance or not. Meanwhile the assistant manager heard that the food is not good and was discussing with fellow workers that we already had half of the dinner and now are complaining about it whilst we never complained about it directly.
I mean really, does he even has a common sense that he should not evaesdrop to someone's conversation like that !! Also he argued with us that he wasn't talking about us he was just discussing about some other customer, but why?. That guy really does not worth to have that designation as he does not have any kind of sense to talk with a customer, to value his own work and designation.
Never suggest anyone to go there, for the reasons 1 bad quality food 2 bad customer service 3 Seniors does not value customer...
Read moreI had been a loyal patron of this restaurant since 2009, but over the past year, there have been noticeable changes. During my recent visit on the weekend, I was disappointed with my experience and would like to share it.
To begin with, I ordered starters and soup. The starters were satisfactory, but the soup was served cold. Just as I was taking my first bite of the starters, the manager came to take our order for the main course. Despite there being several empty tables, the manager kept hurrying us to finish our meal. He came back again after 10 minutes with the same request.
The Punjabi sabji was not up to my expectations considering the price, but the Dal fry and Rice were delicious. The restaurant has ample parking space.
In summary, the management needs to take a closer look at the current state of affairs. They are losing valuable customers as compared to a few years back when this restaurant used to be one of the...
