MAHA MAHAL This restaurant is located on thaltej road which was originally the extension of Gurukul Road and claims in it's menu that this is the multi cuisine unlimited 200+ item restaurant, actually visible items is quite less than the number shown. Specially 4-types of Butter, 3-TYPES OF PAN, 3-type of roll, hot coffee and many more items were invisible where we visited. I have noticed that this types of restaurants like TAAM JAAM, ghee gud and this Maha Mahal are quite anti Gujarati food, and we have to make efforts there to collect gujarati Rotli-Saak-Dall and Bhat which is easily available in all five star restaurants like ITC Narmada and The Grand Bhagvati-Cafe Piano etc. Any one can imagine the scenario in Ahmedabad city that you have to make efforts to get Gujarati food after paying the Rs. 500+ amount. Otherwise Italian and Maxicun items were quite well cooked and nicely decorated, once again the gujarati sweets also hide and put in the remote places so that everybody can not reach there. Mock tail counter was nicely placed and serve better with ice cream, I always demanding that juices, ice cream and any other heavy items must be served by restaurant on the table only by their staff, as senior citizens and children can not carry the heavy load themselves and it will be resulted in to extra burden on the young couples. This extra burden making their enjoyments in to duties, and it was reflected in to the presence of visitors . The half side of the restaurant was completely darken and the other half was also has scattered presence. I once again in the opinion that first of all make sure about the items are shown in your menu is physically presence or not? Stand strict with your menu, provide good quality and fresh Gujarati food along with entire world's dishes, please note that our generation will exist for more ten years who are habituated to eat Gujarati Fulka Roti-Garam SAAK,Daal and Bhat with papad-salad and athana. We are the Generation who can test the entire world's Dishes in some fantastic restaurants and in so many seminar, and than after found that the gujarati basic dishes is more suitable for us. All the best to Maha Mahal and their team, I think this is a private limited venture and established for make some profits, if the scenario on the Sundays like this you have to think about some revolutionary changes, my remarks may help you further. Advice your staff to help maximum to Senior Citizens and children and don't count any rules and regulation established by your organisation. Remember Sindhu Bhuvan road and Thaltej road is the hub of restaurants and when your counts are ended you will found some more new ventures. The organisers must visit the Grand Bhagvati restaurants where you can found some established manner to provide good food and service both, some attendant for the visitors must be deployed at all corners, let fell the customers homely environment and...
