ONE OF THE WORST PLACE TO GO FOR! I reserved a table using the Swiggy Dineout service and paid an amount for the same. Not the matter of the amount that I paid as it was a very small amount. But it is about the service of the restaurant which they have made an agreement with Swiggy to get their business expanded. Upon reaching the restaurant at the exact time for which the table was reserved, I was asked to wait for 15-20 minutes as the restaurant was jampacked and people were waiting outside to dine-in.

Upon reaching the desk, the owner refused me first and then when I informed that I have a reservation from Swiggy, surprisingly he asked me to wait for 15-20 minutes which was not acceptable to me as I had paid for the reservation and also we were super super hungry. When confronted about the issue and when I raised a bit of my voice on why should I wait when I have paid for the reservation, the owner of the restaurant says that we do not have anything to do with the reservation of swiggy and we only see towards the live walk-in and asked me to wait and nothing else! Even the owner started getting rude and gave lame responses that hamara swiggy se koi lena dena nahi hai aur Saturday hai isliye walk in pe hi dhyaan denge.

We were left with no choice and left the restaurant and went to another place. Would never recommend this place to anyone. EVER! Please visit this place only if you want to get rude and ill treatments! PATHETIC...

The staff was friendly and attentive, providing great recommendations and ensuring our drinks were always topped off. The vibe is casual yet intimate, making it a great spot for both date nights and family dinners.
