Super donuts history :

The story of the American Eatery, SuperDonuts began with a dream to bring about an experience to get people excited for food. Back in the UK, Mr. Ketan Kalra, the founder of Super Donuts, came across a long queue of customers outside a doughnut selling shop. This is an incident that sparked the motivation in him to transport his scene to his country and his city. A determination to do something different and a master vision for delivering food experience and quirks like none other led to the launch of Super Donuts in September 2012. The goal has always revolved around delivering a beautiful experience.

I am very delighted to share my experience which i have been wanted since a long long time now i am so so grateful firstly to superdonuts for firstly opening a store in navrangpura :) , and the staff is JUST FABULOUS .The manager Vishal is really humble and kind and so welcoming also including Preet ( One of the staff members ) and all the others Like Jaspreet , Hitesh ,etc . The food is fresh amd amazingggg specially THE THE DONUTSSSS :) I would highly highly highly recommend each and every one to try donuts in superdonuts :) The atmosphere is refreshing and really the store is very clean and tidy .Including the service it is very speed . I am very greatful to the team and the members and the founders and everything linked with this industry as you guzs are making an amazing initiative of making every customers...

Food is very good and also the ambiance but to my surprise such a place as pathetic staff service and they through attitude towards the customer. The cherry on the top was when I realised that the person being rude was the manager itself. God be with these kind of humans because I don’t see such ruthless rude people ever growing in life. If the person owning this place is ready the review then it’s a humble request that you should keep a check on your staff or please provide them with customer service training session. Again to emphasise it’s the service that is REALLY REALLY bad but not the food.
