3rd class experience and 3rd class quality. Ordered 3 waffles and received wrong order.

One coffee waffle One butter scotch waffle One honey butter waffle

Mistake of restaurant :

1. They sent extremely soft waffle like a roti, whereas the waffle should be crispy.
2. They sent two butter scotch waffles instead of one butter scotch & one coffee waffle.
3. Honey waffle was totally burnt.
4. All the waffles were half cooked.
5. Packing was 3rd class and no details were mentioned as to which Waffle was which. Everything was spilled in the box.

The person mamaging the outlet was also oversmart and started telling me that they cant offer refund. If I want another waffles i can come in morning only. He hit his pen on table showing anger whereas he was in fault. Immediately got stomach ache after trying to consume a bit.

Dont eat at the belgium waffle. Instead make it at home as they simply dont bother ablut quality. I am raising a complaint in...

Cozy and nice. A little off the road so not very easily spotted unless you have been there or you use Google navigation to it (which by the way is spot on).

It has another waffle place right next to it, which seems to be doing quite well, so it's standing on a ground of competition, like literally. I have visited other branches as well and like the waffles as such so wish it all success.

There was nearbuy offer that I tried to redeem but somehow seems their "system" was not working so that was kind of a hiccup. Nevertheless I still had a waffle but if the offer had worked out it would have been an additional star to this review.

If you wanna treat yourself with chocolate then guys just go for it!! I ordered their Belgium waffle and it was very soft and chewy and the melted chocolate does rest of its work.If you are a chocolate lover person then this place is heaven on Earth.
