The Signature Brew — Restaurant in Gujarat

Was highly recommended place till we got a rude and misbehaviour experience today. The place sucks now.. They have a horrible customer service these days.

The usual ₹99 combo tea kettle that we have been ordering since November last year when we discovered this quintessential tea place use to serve 2 ( full tea cups..not "cutting"!). Today we got one and a one fourth cup serving and when we asked the manager he took the kettle and the cups with the tea back. After a few minutes wait the chef walked in to our table and poured what was now even a lesser quantity and said all the seven or eight times we were given more tea than what we should have gotten in the first place. He was very rude and clearly did not fit in the atmosphere created by the place. When we started sipping the tea we realized they had brought the same tea that we had poured earlier as it was cold!

The new chef is from Ahmedabad branch and so perhaps feels he is superior to everyone in that joint.

Till I hear that the chef has been fired I won't go back although I do like the Paninis and sandwiches.. Insult is what I can't take, especially when I am...

They have indoor and outdoor sitting facilities. Outdoor facilities is mostly used by smokers. Indoor facility is for non-smoker. Outdoor sitting is more attractive and one will temp to sit there but you will end up sitting inside as non-smoker won’t like smell of cigarettes. They don’t categorise sitting like that but that’s how I see it. It is also a quiet place, one can peacefully sit and talk. No much loud music.

For Food : Coffees are good. Sandwiches are okay. Manchurian...

Very average cafe.

Ordered bull mojito, mocha iced coffee, sunday mood pasta( half white and half red pasta) and garlic bread.

The ambience is decent. Outside area is mainly only for smokers. Service is pretty slow. Mojito was very refreshing, definitely try. Coffee and garlic bread were as expected with the usual taste. Pasta, due to our choice of ordering something new definitely was disappointing. White sauce pasta was bland and red sauce was super tangy....
