The staff with the specs was really arrogant and also scrramed at us. We were a family with aged people and small kids who waited nearly 2 hours to eat at this place. We arrived 7 o'clock asked 12 people family dinner and waited till 9:30 till they organised two separate tables of 8 and 4 that to after agreement with management person incharge. We booked for "le prive" for 2 hours and around 9 o'clock they asked us to move to " the private banquet" where ambience was so poor, big round table was arranged for big group which exactly vibing marriage hall. We were not even offered water while waiting. Incharge person send around 7 groups of 4 persons first who booked and came after us. 930 we ordered meal and we got our main course at 10: 30. Waiter came with soup and handed us in our hand instead of serving us on the table. They put Entree on the table and did not serve. After 5 min guy noticed and come to serve realising his responsibility and job. My son was hungry and crying for main course as we got late at 10 30. When main course arrived no one come to collect Entree plates. Curries and roties arrived and we did not have small plate for roti. After waiting for clean plates for roti my meals were cold till it came after asking several waiter and incharge person. We ordered butter milk and notice other tables were offered straws and not us. Also there were no alignment between our table setting. Meals were served at 8 peoples setting and not other 4 people setting. We had to ask to serve the meal to the other table as we ordered jointly though sitting separately. We spend around 80 although didnt find any special menu and poor service compared to other restaurants. Highly overpriced menu and really poor management. Everyone waiting there were also really disappointed,tired and frustrated the way they were setting up small tables and all the big groups had to wait for long hours.
