Very very bad experience we have today..today is my son birthday...I have seen this hotel in nearbuy coupon ,I called , one girl in reception picked up call , I asked nearbuy coupon is applicable for today lunch buffet ,..waha aa k coupen discount ho jayega,she said haa mere sir se bat kijiye ho jayega yaha aa k,as we came here from to far just bcs of its shows 1700 for 4 person,when we reached there they told me it's applicable for only fri-sat.today it's not applicable as today is weakday.they have to inform us before that nearbuy only applicable for fri-sat lunch.so hum tabh hi decide kr lete as we have so many options around us.they spoiled our mood at the time of 2.40 pm as I was not able to go anywhere else bcs 3 pm is last time for lunch in any restaurant,aur they informed k aaj nahi ho payega after we set for lunch on table .i told to ms Diya that you should have to give us coupon discount as we came from so far and today is my son birthday, she called to mr.Ankit and he said mam aap ko coupen me dekhna chahiye tha,mene bola aap ne bola hota k aaj nahi he discount to hum kahi aur jate, he said k humare yaha price puche aese customers hi nahi aate...omg seriously is it?..he gave me 20% discount but said es se jiada nahi de pauga I am sorry.they have charged 3000 rs for 4 person..my budget was 1700 and I paid 3000.my budget was spoiled,food and service was not as per they have charged 750 rs per person.very very average food it was.Diya mam attended beside table customers very good must say with serving and very polite way, but not to us as we are also them customers. they did not give as much as attention like beside table customers. Only one North east boy was helping us to serve..we did wait for roti also long time...don't go with this place in your special occasion and any...

I visited Zodiac around five years ago, and it still remains one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had. The outside seating was a highlight — peaceful, well-arranged, and perfect for a relaxed evening with family or friends. The ambiance overall was elegant and spacious, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The buffet had a great variety at the time, and I particularly remember enjoying the Chicken Soup and Hara Bhara Kabab to start. The Fish Chilly and Paneer Lababdar were also standouts — full of flavor and well-prepared. I appreciated how the dishes catered to both veg and non-veg preferences, although the non-veg spread was slightly limited. Still, what was available was delicious and satisfying.

Service was courteous and attentive throughout, and I found the experience to be excellent value for money. I’d love to go back and see how it’s evolved since then — but based on my past visit, I’d definitely recommend Zodiac for anyone looking for a quality buffet in a comfortable setting.
