Big Boyz Lounge - Gurgaon — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Went "Big boyz lounge" for sunday lunch with friends, Sec -29 is full of restro's and bar and mostly with there in house brewery but this place is suttle in terms of ambiance and even they don't have inhouse brewery too, they had there open bar which is beautifully decorated and well maintained best part u can customised your drinks accordingly. Sofisticated ,comfortable and classy sittings and area as well. Quite a huge property, Easily 70- 80 people can be served in one go. Great place for party as u can come in bulk and they will serve u wisely. Music played in background is also nice and small area is also there where u can dance and have fun.

My recommendation :-

Chicken popcorn - Damm! i was so impressed with it, super crispy, tangy and chatpata it is, even i ordered it twice. Perfect party starter it is.

Makhmali malai tikka - Chicken was soft and cooked well, but i found it was not seasoned well.

Spring roll - I had tried both the spring rolls (veg/nonveg), it was just average and the coating is too oily. But would suggest to try non-veg.

Dal makhani - It was just average, it could be more better.

Chicken lababdar - I personally liked it, chicken was soft and gravy was flavour full.

Chicken biryani - They surely need to work on there biryani as it was too sticky and with too much of masala.

In breads - I had butter naan, lachha parantha and chilli paratha, like it to the core.

In drinks - I had red ocean, apple martini and virgin mojito, drinks were fresh and refresshing. Great!

Hot chocolate brownie with icecream - M a huge fan of brownie and they are serving one of the best brownie, freshly made, soft and served with vanilla icecream and its just perfect.

Overall a great place to be with your family, friends and your loved one. Ambiance is beautiful. Classy and decent crowd. Service is too good, they take care of us great. Price is also...

one of the worst lounge in gurgaon, very unprofessional staff and they are fraud... yes they are... i booked it for my corporate party where I provided the confirmation with minimum gurantee. They confirmed the booking by saying that they will provide the sitting arrangement for minimum gurantee number (minimum gurantee : minimum number of attendees and you have to pay for those people atleast).But when we reached there they provide 30% seats of minimum gurantee only.... in short we have 35-40 people and they provided sitting arrangement for 12-15 people only..

When I asked them to provide the solution then they said we will provide 60% seat of minimum gurantee....REALLY!! YOU PEOPLE ARE MAKING YOUR CUSTOMER FOOL BY PROVIDING WRONG COMMITMENT... one of the worst services and worst staff I have ever seen in any lounge..

GUYS.... BE AWARE.... if you are planning for any corporate party then this is the worst place.. they will serve you drinks in disposable glasses and you will feel that you are attending the road side party... will never ever recommend anyone...

And yes you will never expect any professionalism from them.. once you booked it... nd you reached there then they will show you the reality.. please do not expect that they will provide any discount after realizing their mistake..... Nd they will realize there mistake when your party is over.

I BOOKED THE LOUNGE 17 DAYS BEFORE MY PARTY.. :-(... There are other organizations also nd they people were also facing the same issue of wrong commitment , fake confirmation nd of course...

After a break I planned for a dinner party with my teammates. We Went there in evening. The ambience of the restaurant was OK. Served liquor can’t be trusted for its quality and had disappointing appearance. The served starter was of good taste however it was served with repetitive requests. The count of staff was less as compared with the count of customers; however, they were polite and provided services to their best. The taste of dinner was also good, and it was served on the table as buffet was not arranged due to high crowd. For youngsters who want to go out for a celebration, the restaurant is a good choice. Nonetheless, I won't suggest this location for a formal party or a official team celebration where you want to have a interaction with colleagues. Even after repeated requests, the sound that was playing was not turned down. High sound was quite annoying and prevents you from speaking to your coworkers.

Pros: Dinner had a good taste. Unhygienic toilet

Cons: Annoying sound. Whether you need them or not, the starters are being put on the table. a lot of food is wasted.

Suggestions: Starters can be put on table from where the customer can select their options instead of loading them on...
