My recent visit to CAD Tech Bar and Craft Kitchen at 32nd Avenue, Gurugram, was nothing short of extraordinary. Imagine stepping into a space where cutting-edge technology meets the art of modern Indian cuisine—this place doesn’t just serve food, it redefines how you experience it.
CAD is India’s first technology-inspired bar and modern Indian kitchen, and honestly, it feels like walking into the future. The brainchild of Govind Maheshwari, Harshiv Garg, and Sarthak Aggarwal, CAD takes dining to a whole new level. What makes it revolutionary? Each table is equipped with an interactive smart screen, allowing guests to place their orders with just a touch. From the moment I sat down, I was captivated by the interactive table, which not only displayed the menu but also offered fun features to explore while waiting for the food. Placing an order felt like being part of a futuristic movie scene, and let’s be honest—how cool is that?

What I Loved
Here’s what made my visit unforgettable:
Shrimp Popcorn These bite-sized delights were an explosion of flavor. Tossed in a dynamite sauce with togarashi and kewpie mayo, they had the perfect balance of heat and creaminess.
Hand-Pulled Tandoori Murgh This dish took the classic tandoori chicken to another level. Paired with a velvety San Marzano makhani, a hint of green chili, and a spicy mayo, it was a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation.
Chicken Diavola Pizza Freshly rolled and crusty, this 11-inch beauty was topped with fiery chicken, caramelized onions, green peppers, and a sprinkle of mint dust. Every bite was a symphony of flavors, with just the right amount of heat to keep things exciting.
Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake Dessert lovers, take note! This cheesecake was pure indulgence—a creamy delight with caramel biscuit crumble that melted in my mouth. It was the perfect sweet ending to a meal that pushed the boundaries of culinary creativity.

Read moreCAD is a tech bar, is Located in Sector 15 . This spot is a Tech bar as the name says CAD speaks to Ctrl+Alt+Del. Seating arrangement is wonderful. They have Both indoor and outdoor seating. Their open seating is really feels like you are in a European country. As the Market place itself is designed such away that some body who is visiting first time can see this place as either London or New york styled.
The interior well experimented and utilised with technological apliances like screen on the table to make yourself busy till your orders to come and even you can play cross and zero game after ordering your food from there only. Its really great and new initiative in Delhi NCR as such Restaurant.
The starter and blended beverage were-
Bookmark - Thread chicken puff is well mixed with coriander, plum chutney and garlic mayo made this dish interesting and tasty as well.
Painter's icon masala - Masala khakhra is well algamised with the chopped onion along with some veggies made the khakhara very special with their in-house chutney.
Maggi Thupka - Magic masala is well fused with chicken broth, pok choy and winter vegetable.
Chicken masala Tikka - Chicken Tikka was well off in flavours and the chicken was wonderfully marinated. It was effortless while eating. Mint chutney was a added flavour for it.
LIIT- This is my one of most adored refreshing drink. Brilliant taste of this refreshment you endeavor this.
Khameeri style chicken tikka pizza - A crispy pizza with chicken tikka chunks as topping made the pizza very tasty.
Tawa boti masala - A small tawa paratha is very spicy and juicy with mutton pieces. it made my mouth watering.
Thai style tandoori prawn - Crispy prawn was very low spiced and well cooked with authentic thai style is really great.
THEY HAVE A LOVELY MAIN COURSE -
Butter Chicken Terrine- The sauce of spread chicken was extraordinary and all of the flavors in it are amazingly balanced with tender chicken.
3 Pepper lababdaar chicken tikka - In mains it is quantitively and qualititevely best as the spices in it made it perfect for main course along with lachha paratha.
DESSERT -
Moong dal bakhlava- It feels like modak. the outer layer was bit stiff to hold the soft brown stuffing made it quite decent as a dessert.
Panacotta- A paan flavoured sweet dish is well experienced first time and it was like its melting in my mouth.

When you enter in this restaurant ,you will get some good vibes & i would say it's first restaurant in India,which is based on technology,where you can select the food items from the technology based touchscreen solace,which is fitted in the table where you can play games likes tic tac toe, spin the bottle on table,those games will turn you back around in your childhood, sitting is available inside & outside too Safety measurements - temperature check at the entrance, sanitisation of the tables,sanitizers bottle at in by staff wearing a face mask & gloves Firstly we ordered starter in which Tandoori momos ,spring roll,mirchi masala soya chaap,chilled up paneer,duo of florets tilka All the starters were good ,but i would specially recommend tandoori momos to everyone
In drinks - Casino Elderflower Cosmo Risky whisky Bartender "MR Pankaj" is doing a very good job Presentation of all cocktails was awesome & it was totally refreshing In cocktail i would recommend "risky whisky"
