I went to this place for lunch with my family on 31st Dec afternoon. Booked a table of 6 through zomato app. While placing order to the server we clearly mentioned to serve starters first and then get the main course which is a basic thing to mention. Service was really slow as we had to wait almost 20-30 minutes for the food. The staff got the main course first dish - jackfruit biryani, then chole bhature, then Malabar veg. Moilee with Malabar parotta and finally the starters along with the maincourse gadbad chaat, kasundi broccoli and pumpkin tikka. Everything was placed together on the table. There were almost 3 servers who were bringing the food, there was miscommunication between them. When I asked the server to call the manager or owner, he didn't call any instead kept saying sorry for the delay in food due to rush over weekend. That's not an excuse to be given if you're running a restaurant. Now coming to the food... Chole bhature was ok in taste, quantity of Chole was quite less comparatively to big size bhaturas, jackfruit biryani was good, Malabar veg. Moilee with Malabar Parotta was good but again a single parotta was served as per the quantity of the veg. Moilee so we had to order extra parotta to finish the dish. Gadbad chat was ok not great though.kasundi broccoli and pumpkin tikka was ok nothing special about the dish, we also ordered mushroom galouti it was 4 pieces served a single piece small size Tandoori Roti, mushroom galouti was bland in taste. Overall bad experience at this place with untrained staff and no manager or owner to look after what's happening with the guest. I won't recommend this place to anyone. Also we asked for a baby chair first they said yes and later didn't even provide the chair. Bad experience on...

The courteous staff added an extra layer of hospitality, ensuring that every aspect of my dining experience was attended to with care and attention. Their professionalism and warmth enhanced the overall ambiance of the restaurant.

Now, onto the star of the show - the food! Bhawan Restaurant boasts a brilliant menu that caters to a variety of palates. Each dish I sampled was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with flavors and crafted with precision. Whether it was the traditional delicacies or the innovative twists on classic recipes, every bite was a delight to the senses.

Moreover, the attention to detail in presentation showcased the dedication and passion of the chefs behind each creation. It's evident that Bhawan Restaurant takes immense pride in delivering not just a meal, but a gastronomic experience that lingers long after the last bite.

Yesterday I was taken to this place by my grand daughter, a doctor. This place is one of her most liked food junctions and she visits this place quite often.

I found it as a nice place , lively and vibrant with a lot of hustle and bustle around. It seems that 32nd Mile Stone in Gurgaon is turning out to be another preferred foodies hub .

Waiting time here at Bhawan may vary, maybe an hour or more.

The ambience, inside and outside,is simple and soothing. I and my granddaughter preferred sitting outside which we found little uncomfortable due to heat and sultry weather. Large pedestal fans did no good except throwing watery air on our face and food plates. Very irritating.

Staff is courteous and attend the customers well.

This chain of Eateries is amongst the top ranking Eateries. We tried their Palak Patta Chat and found it exceptionally tasty, crispy and refreshing. Definitely it's a new variations of Chat. In meals we ordered their signature vegetarian items like Dal Makhani, Shahi Paneer, Naan and Roti. Quite tasty. Balanced spices and oil. No after eating problem in stomach. We all enjoyed our evening with a sumptuous meals at Bhawan.

Only thing where my granddaughter doesn't agree with me is the high rates in the Menu. While the young doctor has no problem with such higher rates, I personally feel that I can find equally tasty, maybe much better, Dal Makhni and Shahi Paneer elsewhere,at many other places in Gurugram and that too , at much lower rates. But the name and fame of the place also matters a great these days.

Overall a nice place...

Yesterday’s lunch at Bhawan with my family turned out to be a beautiful celebration of Indian flavours and nostalgia—served in a chic, contemporary setting right in the heart of 32nd Milestone, Gurgaon. We began with two street-style small plates: Tamatar ki Chaat and Palak Patta Chaat. The Palak Patta Chaat was delightfully crisp, with a nice balance of chutneys, crunch, and freshness. The Tamatar ki Chaat, though thoughtfully plated, missed the mark in replicating the tangy, fiery punch of its original Benarasi counterpart—something was just a bit muted. But then came the Malabar Veg Moilee, a mild, coconut-forward curry paired with perfectly cooked vegetables. Everyone at the table was dipping into it, especially mopping up the gravy with flaky parathas and rice. Subtle, soulful, and surprisingly crowd-pleasing. The highlight, however, was the Aamras Poori Thali. Oh. My. Mangoes. The sweet richness of aamras paired with hot, puffed pooris was nothing short of divine. It brought smiles, silence, and that “let’s order another round” kind of joy. Comfort food with a festive twist—this dish stole the show. ✨ Ambience: Earthy, minimal, and thoughtfully Indian without being loud. The vibe is modern yet rooted—ideal for family outings or slow, indulgent meals. In summary, Bhawan is more than just a restaurant—it’s a curated Indian food journey. There were a few hits and one slight miss, but overall, it was a memorable lunch we all truly enjoyed. 🫶 Perfect For: Family lunches, exploring regional Indian plates, and nostalgic bites reimagined with elegance.
