Unlocked has been on my go to list for some time now. We went there on the 1st of January and it wasn't as pleasant of an experience as I would have wanted. They were short on staff and they kept on messing up with everyone's orders. They brought us food which we didn't order and so on.. Food we order- 1) Italian Minestra- We started with soup. It was a basic soup with goodness of tomatoes, vegetables and cheese. It was a good start. It had the right proportion of all the spices. Flavors of all the Ingredients were very much evident. But at the end of it I got an " I can make this at home " from the table. 2) Lebanese platter- I was super excited to try this. The platter consisted of pita bread, falafel, cheese borek and had 4 dips- hummus, baba ghanoush, tzatziki and picked olives .All of these dips sound so fancy, right? But did you know baba ghanoush is made of roasted eggplants?? *Aam bhasha me bole to baingan ke bharte ke jaisa*. The platter wasn't that good to be honest. The quantity of dips was very less, not enough for the platter and taste is a subjective thing but i didn't like the falafel at all. They were dry and hard to swallow. It's possible that they are supposed to be like that only, but nah they didn't suit my Indian taste buds. 3) Bianco pizza- Fun fact- Bianco means white in Italian. So Bianco pizza is white pizza. It has a white base and a white sauce. Ours had mozzarella sauce topped with mushrooms, rocket leaves, parmesan and gherkins. It was amazing. It tasted rich and all the ingredients complimented each other really well. 4) Creme Brulee- This was my favourite dish of the night. The first receipe of this dessert is believed to be found In 1691. It is also called 'burnt cream' or 'Trinity cream'. It has a thick base of custard with varying flavour and a mandatory top layer of carmalised sugar. It was heavenly and they topped my dessert with apple slices which just enhanced the taste of it exponentially. *Unlocked offer a wide menu of alcohol but we didn't try any. Although I learnt something about the concept of years and how that is proportional to prices. But that gyan is for some other day. So if you are someone who is interested in a little part-yyy, go for it. Burn a hole in your branded pocket. But if not, still go there for amazing pizzzas and desserts.

Recently, I had the pleasure of attending a Taylor Swift night at Unlocked Gurgaon, located in the vibrant 32nd Avenue. From the moment I walked in, I was enchanted by the warm, welcoming ambiance and chic decor that set the perfect tone for the evening. The event was well-organized, with every detail carefully planned to celebrate Taylor Swift's music. The playlist was a delightful mix of her greatest hits, from nostalgic classics to her latest chart-toppers, keeping the energy high and the crowd singing along all night. The staff at Unlocked were attentive and friendly, ensuring that everyone was having a great time. The service was impeccable, with our orders arriving promptly despite the bustling crowd. Their menu, offering a variety of delicious food and drinks, was the perfect accompaniment to the evening's festivities. I particularly enjoyed the signature cocktails, each creatively named after a Taylor Swift song, adding an extra touch of fun to the experience. The highlight of the night was undoubtedly the sense of community and shared enthusiasm among the attendees. It was wonderful to see fellow Swifties coming together, dancing, and belting out lyrics with unbridled joy. Unlocked Gurgaon's Taylor Swift night was not just an event; it was an unforgettable celebration of music, camaraderie, and pure, unadulterated fun. If you're looking for a lively, engaging venue in Gurgaon with fantastic events and top-notch service, Unlocked at 32nd Avenue is the place to be. I can't wait to attend their next themed night!

#ReviewsByAditti No matter what type of concept you decide to try in the name of innovation, the basics of any good restaurant remain good food, good service and of course good people with a luminous vision behind it. Bridging gaps between trends, perception and eventual food on the plate, #Unlocked has it all. Sanjali’s detailed inputs on the “going on’s” in the Escape room successfully pique my curiosity and shoots the adrenaline enough that I now wish to go back again and unlock the mystery or adorn their wall of fame/shame and be amongst the other “has been’s”. It’s a pleasurable distraction, the entire experience. While there’s life in this place, there’s spice too. There’s joy here and a friendly smile that’s extended readily. Though the food (limited to a few handpicked starters that evening) stirs no virgin sensations, it’s delectable nonetheless. I mostly stay away from cocktails for the fear of dissolving my teeth in the copiously sweetened versions but the ones served here have it just right. The pyretic burn leading to a mild slap on the tongue as the heat from my “gamified” poison trickles down the throat, I feel it all. Whether it’s the artistry of the mixologist Prateek or that of the zealous game master, their attention to detail rouses every fevered nerve in you. All of it may look like your average hangout place, but Unlocked is anything but! It's A. Must. Try!

I visited this place after reading a lot of good reviews on Google and with the same expectations, understandably. However, my experience was a bit sour. We ordered a signature cocktail which we didn't feel was up to the mark. We gave the same feedback to our server and requested if anything could be done about it. After a LOT of back and forth with the server, the bartender and the manager (including a lot of justifications on why we reported this after we had sipped 1/4th of the drink), another shot of alcohol was reportedly added. The manager was kind enough to offer a complimentary drink to alleviate our spirits, which was commendable. However, the response was rather delayed and surprising because we were constantly explaining ourselves that why did we not request a change as soon as we sipped the drink. Something like this happened with me for the first time at a reputed place.

Overall, the experience was alright. It was fully occupied for a Saturday night with a mix of jazz, indie, rock music being played live in the background.

The food was also fine. We ordered quite a few things like chicken satay (only order if you like the overwhelming taste of maple syrup), Lebanese mezze platter ( recommend ordering), prawn butter garlic (not worth it), parmesan fries, wood fired pizza (okay-okay), and a ravioli (which never arrived).

On the cost front, Unlocked is just as pricey as any other eatery at 32nd Avenue.

If you're interested in playing a few board games, you...
