JUU JUU — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I visited this place with my family. I find the ambience is nice, even in the daytime, with light background music. I liked all the starters and desserts; I found momos were overcooked, and chicken curry pieces were hard. Lovely food choices and it gets pricey with the drinks.

Must Haves - Live Tiramisu, Red Pasta, Asparagus Sushi, Chilli Fish, Chees Pizza for kids, ghee roast chicken seekh form, mushroom soup with the bread loved it. Avoid - Veg Dimsums skin is thin but sticky, Main course Chicken Drinks - Sex on the beach was too sweet, Margarita nice Service - The waiter misheard Alfredo instead of bolognese red sauce pasta. It took a chat to get it replaced; the service was fine, but it would help if they offered to serve. Atmosphere - We have a seat near the smoking area; there were flies in the area; I mentioned the same, although lacked action. Light music ambience. The toilets have a step not...

I went to Juu Juu last night for my masi’s 50th birthday, we were 50+ people and the atmosphere was good. I went to the washroom and the lady told me the lock doesn’t work so I lightly shut the washroom door. The door got stuck and I was locked in for 20+ minutes with the entire family waiting outside and the staff acting like this is a normal occurrence. I wasn’t drunk so I could handle it and patiently waiting till they eventually had to break open the door and I got hurt on my right foot which is not sprained. No remorse or apology from the staff or team. They were giggling about it. Horrible experience and definitely will not recommend anyone to go here. Shameless staff and they’re only running because it’s a new place. When asked later they were making excuses saying last two days if we pushed it hard enough it would open maam so we didn’t see a problem...

We went for lunch today in 30th June. Before going I called the restaurant and asked if shorts are allowed. I was informed that shorts are not allowed as part of dress code.

When I went there I saw a guest enter wearing shorts. When I asked the manager why I was informed it will not be allowed he told me that the person is the owner and he can do and wear whatever he wants. But I am sure he was not the owner. Post that I saw a few other guest in shorts but I did not drag the topic further.

After some time I went to the washroom and was shocked to a see a staff without his t-shirt and was wiping his underarms with tissue and water. 🤮

You guys need to pull your staff together. Have a nice place and the food was decent but can be improved
