Great Food and Service at Chillis in CyberHub Gurgaon!

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chillis located in CyberHub, Gurgaon, and overall, it was a delightful experience. Here's my review based on various aspects of my visit.

Food: I would give the food at Chillis a solid 4 out of 5. I had the Vegetable Triple Decker Burger, which was recommended by the staff, and it didn't disappoint. The burger was packed with flavorful vegetables and had a generous portion size. The combination of ingredients was satisfying, and the overall taste was excellent. Additionally, I tried the Vegetable Salad with Fish & Chips, and it was a unique and enjoyable combination. The salad was fresh, and the fish and chips were perfectly cooked. Overall, the dishes I ordered were delicious and well-prepared.

Service: The service at Chillis deserves a 4 out of 5. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and prompt in taking our orders. They provided helpful recommendations and were knowledgeable about the menu. Our food arrived in a timely manner, and the servers made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The overall dining experience was enhanced by the efficient and courteous service.

Atmosphere: Chillis in CyberHub Gurgaon has a pleasant atmosphere, and I would rate it a 4 out of 5. The restaurant had a vibrant and energetic ambiance, with comfortable seating arrangements. The interior was well-decorated, creating a cozy and inviting environment. It's a great place to hang out with friends or enjoy a meal with family.

Overall, my experience at Chillis in CyberHub Gurgaon was highly enjoyable. The food was delicious, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely recommend trying out the Vegetable Triple Decker Burger, as it was a highlight of my visit. If you're in the area and looking for a satisfying meal, Chillis is definitely worth a visit!

Chili's is always a good place to eat Continental and Mexican food. Prices are reasonable, quantities are more than average plate.

I am a big fan of Chili’s restaurants. The tex mex food they brought to India years back is still loved and cherished by most. In the recent years there have been many competitors but Chili’s has always maintained a certain level. The ambiance of most of its outlets is wonderful, the food they serve is delicious, one can say it is a bit expensive but they is definitely due to the quality and taste they give. We tried the Veg Ultimate Dipper and the Loaded Mexican Nachos. These were more than enough to fill us up. Priced at about Rs. 500 a dish.

Veg Ultimate Dipper An amazing platter of fried goodies, consisting of Texas Cheese Balls, Potato Wedges, Onion Rings and Southwestern Vegrolls all well seasoned with salt, pepper, spices and served with southwest, ranch and thousand island dipping sauces to give you that balanced taste .It is surely the guilty deep fried goodness you need.

Tatse and presentation is good. Salads, Cocktails, Pasta, Pizza and Burgers are good. Best is President Margarita. Service is always good here. Cyber Hub Chili's is one of the latest additions or this franchise.

I went to this place as my friends suggested me . I love the vibe and ambience as it is super cool. The staff is also very courteous. The drinks we ordered are nice and awesome. The food was not upto that mark as we expected. The pasta was very blend and in non veg decker platter, the egg dish was also blend . Overall nice experience but food taste could have been better ☺️

I recommend the same to other people also🤘

Prices are very reasonable and food is served fresh. Definitely worth trying again!

With impeccable service & scrumptious menu, we recommend you to try them out soon.

Utterly Disappointing Experience – Oily Tacos and Appalling Customer Service

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at Chili’s, Cyber Hub Gurgaon was so abysmal that it demands to be addressed.

We ordered food last night, including tacos – and what we received was nothing short of a culinary disaster. The tacos were drenched in oil – not just mildly greasy, but literally dripping with oil. It was everywhere – on our plates, on our hands, and pooling on the serving platter. I understand that fried items retain some oil, but this was excessive to the point of being unhygienic and unsafe. With every bite, all one could feel was oil coating the throat, making it almost impossible to eat without feeling like you’re choking. It was nauseating, and no one at the table could stomach more than a bite or two.

What made matters worse was the response from the staff and the manager. When we brought this to their attention, their response was shockingly casual and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering a replacement, they offered us a brownie – as if that could compensate for the ruined dish and the unpleasant experience. They still included the tacos in the bill, despite the fact that the dish remained mostly untouched. We clearly communicated that the food was inedible, and yet no corrective action was taken. The manager offered excuses like “we used butter,” which frankly made no sense and sounded like a desperate attempt to deflect accountability. It felt like we were being blatantly gaslighted rather than heard.

The lack of professionalism, basic customer empathy, and accountability was truly shocking. It’s not just about one bad dish – it’s about how poorly the situation was handled. Given this experience, I will absolutely think twice before considering dining at this outlet again. The food was appalling, and the staff and management were even worse.

Highly disappointing. Not...

Pre-booked for dinner at Chilli’s Cuber hub and loved the meal! We went for dinner on a weekday yet it was still quite crowded. We were seated immediately and served water. The service is quite good, Gaurav and Dhoni are very helpful and kind. The drink selection is good, many twists to classic drinks available, the frozen margarita and Mai tau were quite good and strong!! For starters we tried their vegetarian dip platter with an assortment of fried snacks to choose from. The mozzarella cheese sticks are personally too rich and oily, the crumb layer could be make little more crisp and less oily . The cheese balls however were quite good, the spinach and feta bites were dry and tasteless. Loved the ranch! For mains we tried the cottage cheese fajitas and oh my they’re delicious! You can add beans and rice with it , and it’s served with guac, sour cream and salsa on the side . Probably the most flavourful Mexican good I’ve tried. The cottage cheese rice bowl was decent, but they’re was too much lettuce and soggy nachos which took away from the experience, definitely on the drier side . We ended the meal with the popular molten chocolate cake which was huge! It has a decadent centre and is topped with vanilla ice cream and a chocolate shell. The coconut paradise bar is also phenomenal!! Would recommend going on a weekday if you want to try the place, it can get quite hectic on weekends, long wait and cramped to stay the least. Wish there was more icecream to compensate for the ratio and you’re left with dry cake in the end. Overall a great meal and would definitely come again. Quick-simple- cost effective.
