Chinese bowl company, Sector 90 is a cloud kitchen and part of coco n curry. Today I received such a pathetic quality food. Based on the conversation with the outlet manager of coco n curry, it was communicated that due to technical issues the numbers are showing on the bill of Chinese bowl company and during the conversation he accepted that it is a cloud kitchen which is ran by coco n curry. Basically they are serving Chinese cuisine from the same coco n curry kitchen outlet Sapphire 90. I haven’t had the dinner and food was left as it is. The outlet manager told me follow up Zomato for the refund. I had paid Rs.650 for a spring roll and Hakka noodles which I didn’t ate. Zomato is giving me Rs. 90 as refund.    Read moreWent there today (30th Mar24) for lunch with family. Overall hygiene is pathetic, used tissue papers were lying on floor, table next to us. Waiter has cleaned one table and thrown all dirt on the floor instead of collecting in cloth. When food was served to use, found a very small hair on main plate and informed the waiter and manager, they changed the plate but no one felt or said "sorry"
At time of payment on front desk, I have shared my feedback with manager and he was least bothered about feedback. He was only interested in checking the payment details and not paid any heed towards the feedback.
They have such Hugh cost for their menu items and we happily pay for that assuming best hygiene so it's a total waste of spending any hard earned money over there.
Will never visit this unhygienic palce again....

I was running late for my flight and didn't have time to explore more restaurant - I didn't leave. As I was uncomfortable and also the only one in the restaurant - I requested him to turn off the music. He turned a blind eye. Then I told the waiter. Waiter was send off rudely by him saying as he cannot hear online orders he will not turn the music off. I told him he is sitting on the system why he needs such loud music for alert. He didn't listen. Then I had to rudely ask him to shut. After which he did just lower the volume. The waiter apologised but he didn't. Manager was extremely rude and his attitude pathetic.
