Discovery Liquour House — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Had a bad experience of being charged extra Rs. 450 for bottle of “Fratelli Shiraz Rose Wine 750 ml” for effectively Rs. 1,200 rather than actual price of Rs. 750.

Had ordered 3 corono 500 ml (Rs. 750), 1 KF premier 650 ml (Rs. 180), 1 Budweiser premier 650 ml (Rs. 230), Erdinger 330 ml (Rs. 200), Fratelli Shiraz Rose wine 750 ml (Rs. 750) but was charged total Rs. 2,560 instead of correct amount Rs. 2,110

The person at the billing counter was smart enough to say Rs. 750 for the wine bottle when I corrected him (when initially he mentioned Rs. 1650 incorrectly) but very quickly summing up the total bill, so that I can’t follow. And was rushing so that I can’t think clearly, and didn’t give the bill. Realized the issue 10 mins post that. We used to visit nearly every weekend, and in winter, we came twice a week. However, since the management changed a month ago and all the staff were replaced, the experience has significantly declined. The new workers are rude and unprofessional. During our last visit(yesterday), our bill was around 1000, and when we requested a lemon slice, they told us it was chargeable.
