Dead House Fly in your Sizzler !!!

Imagine you are really hungry...then you have to wait for half an hour to get a table. You order best described sizzler on the menu.....you finally get it after wait of another half n hour....and as soon as you cut that first piece of hot paneer..a dead house fly pops out ....wait a minute..did I order Non veg food? No ...I was expecting pure veg Sizzler, with good quality from this place whose name only boasts of Sizzlers only...Gola Sizzler. Was I wrong in choice?

You are right....it feels yuck after seeing a dead fly in your food...and you just want to leave the place right away. But, Worst is yet to come....wait. Any good restaurant will come and apologise at this moment and may be offer zero bill or complementary food....but No....they dont believe in courtesy also ....its just a fly after all..we Indians live with it everyday....so you must pay...and we are not sorry for that. Great attitude for a restaurant in Gurgaon.

Fine....the only reason we didn't create a fuss about it because we care...we do care about other people who were dining there ( So we paid for rest of the food and left ). But, this was really a bad experience from a big brand and people deserve to know about this incident.....My learning - its better to eat things at home...

I had an unfortunate experience at this restaurant due to poor management and the owner's disrespectful behaviour towards customers. I would not recommend dining here.

After waiting in line for almost 25 minutes, a restaurant employee finally offered my family and me a table. They cleaned it for us, and we sat down. However, just five minutes later, the owner(with fat belly) approached us and rudely insisted that we leave, claiming it wasn't our turn and that no one had invited us to sit there. Despite explaining that we were directed to the table by an employee after waiting patiently, the owner refused to listen and continued to disrespect us.

This experience left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. We decided not to return to this restaurant. The management was disorganized, and the owner's attitude towards customers was very unprofessional. I advise others to visit at...
