I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the experience my friends and I had during our recent visit to your establishment. Although Barbeque Company is renowned for its unlimited food and beverages, our experience was anything but pleasant. Below are the specific issues we encountered:

Air Conditioning Issue: The air conditioning was switched off by the staff on the manager's orders. Despite our multiple requests to have it turned back on, the manager made excuses and ignored our pleas. This resulted in an uncomfortable dining environment.

Restriction on Ice Cream: Several members of our group attempted to have ice cream a second time, but the staff refused to serve it. This was quite surprising and contrary to the “unlimited” food and beverage policy that Barbeque Nation is famous for.

Unprofessional Behaviour: The behaviour of the staff was highly unprofessional throughout our visit. They were dismissive of our requests and complaints, displaying a lack of courtesy and respect that one would expect from a reputed restaurant.

Food Quality Concerns: We raised concerns about the quality of the food, but these were completely overlooked by the staff. There was no attempt to address or rectify the issues we highlighted.

Overall, we felt that we received the most unprofessional, nonsensical, and absurd treatment from the staff. This has left us with a highly negative impression of Barbeque Company, Sector 85, Gurgaon which is highly disappointing given its otherwise good reputation. I am attaching the bill details for your reference.

I kindly request that you take strong action against the staff involved, especially the manager who seemed to be leading this unacceptable behaviour.

I hope that such incidents are not repeated in the future, so I request, take appropriate measures and sincere action on this feedback. We were there for good food, and good time, not for fight. If such things will continue, this outlet will shutdown soon, i will escalate it to social media too.

Please don’t go in it. It is running by rascals.

Disappointing Experience at The Barbeque Company, Sector 85, Gurgaon

We recently visited The Barbeque Company in Sector 85, Gurgaon, with a group of 10 people, expecting a good dining experience, but it turned out to be a complete disaster in terms of food quality and service.

Food Quality & Taste – 1/5

The taste of every single item was extremely poor. Nothing felt fresh, and most dishes lacked proper seasoning. The biggest disappointment was the soya chaap, which was completely unbaked and chewy, making it almost impossible to eat. Even after we raised concerns about it, the chef arranged a fresh batch of paneer and soya chaap, but shockingly, it was even worse than before—dry, tasteless, and poorly cooked.

The main course was equally bad. The curries were bland, the breads were dry, and overall, nothing stood out as flavorful or well-prepared. The food looked like it had been sitting for a long time, and there was no sign of freshness.

Service – 1/5

The service was terrible. The staff was slow and inattentive, showing no interest in ensuring a good experience for the guests. Despite multiple requests, they did not make an effort to serve properly or address our complaints. When we asked for fresh items, instead of improvement, the quality actually got worse.

Ambience – 2/5

The ambience was average at best, but it didn’t make up for the horrible food and service. The place was overcrowded, and even the hygiene levels seemed questionable.

Overall Verdict

For a group of 10 people, this was a waste of money and a complete letdown. The food lacked taste, freshness, and proper preparation, and the service was one of the worst we’ve experienced. There are far better barbeque restaurants in Gurgaon that actually deliver on quality and service. Would never visit again or...
