Over the course of eight decades, a lot has changed about this company. They have relocated, undergone expansion, developed new product lines & added segments, opened retail chains & stores across India and embraced new markets overseas. One thing hasn’t changed - they are still a tight-knit family business, committed to serving the most authentic taste of India through our products.
Their origins can be traced back to a small namkeen shop in Bikaner founded by Ganga Bishan Agarwal (Haldiram Ji). This modest shop quickly gained popularity and scaled up to meet a booming demand for its unique-tasting bhujia. Building on this legacy, his grandson, Mr. Shiv Kishan Agrawal steered the business towards the heights it has tasted today.
Determined to take bhujia beyond the boundaries of Bikaner, he shifted base to Nagpur in 1970. We opened our first full-production unit to introduce a delectable variety of savouries, sweets and beverages to the market. The success of this venture led us to expand and evolve as a brand, that is an integral part of every Indian household.
From their formative years, he instilled the value of keeping the tradition and quality intact, even as we matured as a company. All our products maintain a consistent sense of simplicity. The ingredients and recipes were picked to accentuate these ideas and are followed to this date. We promise that all our products are natural, wholesome and have a homemade feel to them.
Although, Haldiram’s is about more than just food. By creating a strong sense of community and supporting their associates, they continue to feel like a true family business. They carry these values with themself as they operate together to serve generations of happy connoisseurs across the globe and continue to be the nation’s beloved...
Read moreWe have been frequenting this place very often since the location is very convenient for us. But I am highly disappointed this time, I would like to highlight two instances : On 7th Oct, we had meal at haldirams and took 1kg kesar roll from there, to our shock ,the kesar roll had visible fungus on it,I immediately called up the manager and he was prompt enough to take back the sweets and gave us full refund, we ignored that incidence thinking that it was the first ever incidence with us at haldirams, a brand whose products we have grown up eating.
The second incidence is yesterday's, we ate there, and for the desserts, my daughter ordered a rainbow pastry, she has been vomiting continuously since morning. I am definitely sure of it that the pastry looked stale, we were 10 members , and only she is the one who has developed symptoms, I am blaming myself, that despite of the first incidence, I did not refrain from taking desserts at haldirams.
I am not writing here to ridicule or defame anybody here. I want to highlight certain things and would like the concerned people to take the necessary measures.
Firstly, even the desserts should be labelled with a date of manufacturing ,and the unconsumed ones past the due date must be discarded. The problem with such cold desserts is that there is no definite odor or colour change in them, so all we can do is rely on the manufacturers and their process. Also, there should be a mechanism for quality check, which in this case has definitely failed. And lastly, two incidences in a single household in a span of about 4 months, is definitely worth considering.
Request the haldirams team to please...

Situated in the same Element Mall area that houses Starbucks, this Haldiram's outlet offers ample parking options, including basement parking, ensuring a hassle-free experience for those driving in. The store itself is spacious, and it’s not unusual to see groups enjoying kitty parties during the day, adding a lively and cheerful vibe to the place.
Menu and Food Quality As with all Haldiram's outlets, this location maintains the brand's reputation for quality and consistency in its food offerings. The menu has seen recent expansions, introducing new items that cater to a variety of tastes. On our visit in July, the seasonal delicacy of Ghewar was prominently featured, and it was selling quite well, a testament to its popularity.
One notable addition to the menu is the inclusion of momos, a delightful surprise that broadens the range of choices available. We also tried the Rice Dhokla for the first time, which, while reminiscent of idli, had its unique twist that made it a dish worth repeating for those seeking a simple, plain meal.
Service and Convenience Haldiram's has significantly improved its service model by collaborating with providers who offer table service. This enhancement reduces the inconvenience of waiting in line to collect your order, making dining here even more enjoyable. Another convenient feature is the ability to pay for Dhokla, Samosas, or sweets at the same counter if you use UPI, streamlining the payment process and adding to the overall customer...
