Khan Chacha - Galleria — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I had heard a lot about Khan Chacha and wanted to try it out desperately. Unfortunately, I had my first experience over here and it was pathetic. Looking at the quantity of items they serve, it's not value for money at all. Moreover the food they served didn't seem fresh at all. Roomali roti felt like it was already prepared earlier, they just got it microwaved and served it. We wanted a spicy chicken dish to which the guy at the counter suggested chicken korma. Damn, it was sweet. And then we also ordered Shahi tukda. It was so cold and tasted like it was stale. When we complained, he said that it was in the fridge, and they had directly served it. Such a pathetic place and the staff doesn't know how to behave. They have an answer for everything. Thanks for this experience, I'm not going to try Khan...

It’s a small outlet in Dlf garden galleria. There is a seating of 4-5 people quite less a seating area. I had a lot about it and thought to give it a try while visiting garden galleria. Menu is quite limited. We ordered for rolls one was aloo roll and the other was paneer roll. Ok size and filing was not good. Paneer ddnt seem fresh. They charge quite a bit for the rolls but the quality and quantity is not at par. Roomali roti ddnt taste fresh either. Seemed like it was already prepared much earlier. Ddnt like the food or service. You complain about it but the staff has an answer for everything. They have lost their old school charm or the earlier age old taste. Pricey now, taste is bland and quality and quantity has deteriorated. Not maintained. It’s not filling...

Contrary to what many say, I personally like Khan Chacha a lot. Yes, it’s a little on the expensive side, but the food is consistently tasty. The chicken tikka, chicken tikka roll, and mutton kebabs I ordered were all excellent. Service is quick, there’s enough space to sit, and it’s perfect for a quick in-and-out meal.
