PLEASE AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS we came here to had dinner thats when we saw buy 1 get 1 offer on pizza Me nd my wife decided to go with one double burst non veg and one simple plain mix veg sort of pizza The person taking order he explained double burst will have cheese loaded on pizza and pizza in the crust, full of cheese Thats when my wife said she wont like that and I said I'm craving for something like that, you can have your veg one Then we selected a veg option and asked the person to apply bogo offer along with some other side orders During this whole time the person taking order didn't mentioned that on the basis of the comment made by my wife she has deleted the double burst pizza and changed the order for just the veg one. We paid and waited for the order to come But when we never got the double burst pizza thats when we asked that guy taking order and he was like Wo sir mam aisa bol rhe the to maine delete kr dia tha We asked him apko kb delete krne ko bola and bina humse pooche kaise delete kr dia to bhaisahab k paas koi jawab nhi tha Then I said add it again and get it done The person taking order was like sir we cant do bogo on veg and non veg pizza and cheese burst pe to hota hi nahi hai wo apply and price difference bhi to hai sir, bill to kam ka hua hai I opened his app and showed him applying the same combo on the app combining veg non veg and double burst Then he had ultimate answer for this too Sir humare system pe nahi hota, in short that person has one job in the whole world of taking order and that too he cant do because he is not trained for that If owner is reading it please fire that person immediately He's spoiling your customers experience and your stores image if anyone reading this review is still visiting this place please make double sure of your order and if possible order on the app because people here clearly dont know anything

"Worst Service Ever: Unresolved Delivery Issue and Unreachable Customer Support"

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from La Pinoz Pizza. I placed an order for delivery to my location in Sector 47, Gurgaon. The order was accepted, but instead of delivering directly, the outlet handed it over to a third-party delivery service. However, the delivery driver went to Sector 87, claiming that it was the location I mentioned, which was clearly incorrect. When I called the driver, as well as the outlet, both insisted that my pin location was wrong, but I checked and confirmed that the correct address was listed in the app.

Out of nowhere, the delivery driver marked the order as delivered on the app without actually completing the delivery. I immediately contacted the outlet, and they assured me that I would receive a refund within 48 hours. However, I still have not received any refund, and when I called the outlet again, they now claim that I will not receive a refund because my address was incorrect. This is completely unacceptable.

Additionally, I have been trying to contact La Pinoz’s customer support for the last two days, but their helpline is unreachable. This is the worst service I have ever experienced, and I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled.
