And the wait is over as P.F. Chang’s finally arrives in Delhi NCR with their first outlet at Cyber Hub, Gurugram. This Newly arrived American Chinese restaurant has more than 300 outlets worldwide and is most loved by desis across the world for their elevated, quality dining experience and the distinct P.F. Chang’s taste at the forefront.
The ambience and the menu both make it a perfect spot to catch up with friends, family, and loved ones. The golden red theme with cherry blossom roof, dragon engraved wall, & ancient Chinese murals brings up a blissful euphoria for the diners.
Greeted with a charming staff and manager, we instantly felt that our experience gonna be cherished.
The restaurant manager Mr Gaurav quickly gave us a brief introduction about the legendary restaurant and suggested us their signature drinks and dishes. To start with, I ordered their Chicken & Seafood Soup which felt like a warm hug. I paired it with Edamame which was a generous portion of steamed and spice dressed pods delicious to the core.
Next, I tried their Ginger Beer which was distinct, less sweet & super refreshing. The Restaurant is currently awaiting their liquor license, but their bartenders Kamal & Kishore muddled some finest mocktails and we didn't miss cocktails at all. The drinks were paired with Mandarin Crunch salad & Dynamite chicken which I can have everyday. I can understand why it's called dynamite. A true flavour bomb.
Although we were almost full within the first few serves as portions were really big, we still wanted to try sushi and dimsums. The Shrimp Tempura roll and Chicken chilli oil dimsums followed next and both tasted above our expectations. In fact, the shrimp tempura roll is the best I tasted till now. We had no room left for the mains so ended with their highly recommended dessert The Great Wall of Chocolate and oh boy, it's given that name for a reason A gigantic layered chocolate cake slice that's luscious and divine. We were two and still couldn't finish it, but it was way too sinful.
Most Asian restaurants today have similar flavours and menu, but P.F. Chang's are trying to do something different. We’re very used to having sweet, sour, tangy flavours, but their menu has a good balance of that, instead of just one-toned spicy food and the portions are huge keeping in mind that it's food for the family and family bond over the food” said their Head Chef Akshit. We had the most delectable experience and Special mention to Mr Gaurav who made sure that we had the best experience and hospitality throughtout. Absolutely love it and we are going...

Read moreWe visited the newly opened P.F. Changs in Cyber Hub. A Chinese chain that's very popular in America finally in Gurgaon. They have 300 + outlets worldwide. Beautiful ambience with a ceiling full of cherry blossom flowers ,a golden horse at the entrance and a typical Chinese colour theme for the interiors. It's very spacious and have a menu comprising of equally good veg and nonveg dishes . The staff is very courteous and it's a perfect place to catch up over a quick lunch with a friend or a lavish dinner with family . We started with the Veg Hot and Sour soup. It was as authentic as it could get . After 6 long time I actually had a real Hot and Sour soup. I love the Chinjabi version too but this one was wow ! And you just cannot avoid the Lettuce wraps here . They have a secret recipe to it and the dish is so delightful with the fresh crunchy lettuce and you stuff then with this mix of tofu ,water chestnuts and fried rice noodles and a tangy sweet sauce . Easily my favourite dish here now. Also tried the Vegetable pan fried dumplings that were served on a hot sizzling plate and the server pouring a chilli sauce on it creating much loved drama . Ordered Samurai Fizz from the mocktail section. A fruity drink blended with tea , pineapple, lemon and coconut was refreshing. The tempura Asparagus sushi was also good . For mains we had the Kung pao Tofu which was tossed with peanuts, red chillies and I loved the addition of fresh shaved celery that elevated the taste of the dish . Accompanied it with the Veg fried rice. Loved how all the dishes are so well balanced in flavours and not at all over spicy or overpowering to the main ingredients. It's such a blend of comfort yet fancy food . All good meals should end on a sweet note . We tried their take on the Apple Pie . Crunchy deep fried dough wrappers filled with an apple mixture and a smooth vanilla ice-cream was delicious. Be ready for a pleasant experience. Definitely coming...
