The vegetarian food here is a highlight. Their pizzas are something you absolutely must try — with a crispy crust and fresh, delicious toppings that make every bite satisfying. If you’re in the mood for something else, the chaap and kebabs are flavorful and perfectly prepared, adding a nice variety to the menu. The starters are also a great choice, offering the perfect way to kick off your meal and share with friends.

But what really makes Reset stand out is the people. The staff is incredibly polite and attentive, always ensuring you have a great experience. A special shoutout to the manager, Ananta Karji, who goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. It’s the kind of thoughtful service that leaves a lasting impression and keeps you coming back.

Add to this the upbeat music and lively crowd, and Reset by Plan B becomes more than just another place to eat — it’s a destination for good times. Whether you’re here for the food, the atmosphere, or just to relax with friends, it’s a place that truly delivers...

This has to be one of the best outing experiences for us. There are a lot of BYOBs in Gurgaon but this place is different.

You can get the alcohol @ ₹200-300 premium from a local liquor shop which in my opinion is not too bad.

The service is swift here. The staff is professional and very friendly. We went on a Saturday night and the place was full but they somehow managed to give us a good 10-seater place. And the food is served hot and fast. Even when the place is completely filled. No complaints on the service side.

The food. Delicious and mouth-watering. From starters to main course, they have got you covered. A large menu option makes sure you have a plethora of dishes to choose from. Again, the food taste is not something out of the world but it is better than just getting the job done. An easy 3.5/5 on food. Do try their Tandoori Chicken and Dahi ke Shole.

And now the best part. The DJ and music. If there is one thing they know how to nail, it's the music. Sit here and enjoy the ambiance and you get immersed with all kinda music. This music with alcohol is never going to disappoint anyone. From 2000s Eng pop, to 90s India indie pop songs. Bollywood oldies to dance numbers, this music is going to get you on your feets without you noticing.

Last night's visit to Reset sec 43 was an unmitigated disaster. The high prices and fancy ambiance were completely overshadowed by the despicable actions of their valet staff. In a shocking display of dishonesty, the valet attendant stole my friend's AirPods from their car and sold them in the local market.

This brazen theft is unacceptable, especially from an establishment that promises luxury and excellence. The fact that we paid top dollar for our meal and received such a horrific experience in return is appalling.

The owner needs to take immediate action to address this incident and ensure that the responsible staff member is held accountable. Until then, I strongly advise everyone to avoid this restaurant at all costs. The risk of theft and betrayal of trust is simply not worth the cost of a meal.

Reset by plan B, you have lost our trust and our business. Do the right thing and make amends.
