Subway Central Plaza Gurgaon — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Subway is my go to place and I find it nice, food, atmosphere, the staff everything but this was the first time I went to the subway in gurgaon in central plaza and the staff who was there at the billing to take orders, his behaviour was pathetic, generally in subway, you can eat and then pay or vice versa, it’s upto you. My bag was at my seat while I was placing the order so I just asked him that please hand over the sub to me, and I don’t know for what reason he replied back with “pehle paisa laao phir dunga” there is a way of communicating while you are serving people and this was a pathetic experience. I visited here on sunday 8th may around 6:15pm. Had the worst experience. Firstly when i asked for fountain pepsi, they said machine is not working and then i had to buy a whole bottle. But somehow the family after me got the fountain pepsi. No bill was given, also they tried to overcharge me for sub of the day but since i have eaten at other outlets before, i know how much sub of the day is, so i refused to pay and then he told me the actual price. Terrible delivery service. Screwed up my order from their end and kept on blaming zomato and telling me they will contact me when in the past that was never the case and the restaurant always sends the refund. Kept on telling me loopholes on loopholes on why they cant refund then when I asked for the person at zomatos number who they claimed will "reach out to me" they said "I cant call through my phone".
