Pizza Hut | Central Plaza Mall — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Requested refund for UNDELIVERED PIZZA TWICE via email and multiple times via Customer Care phone number but no response.

I'd ordered food on Pizza Hut's website on Friday, 28th July 2023 around 8.15 pm. The order was placed at Central Plaza Pizza Hut (Gurugram) outlet and at 8.42 pm, we received an SMS saying that the food had been dispatched. When the delivery didn't arrive by 9pm, we called the restaurant. The manager kept stalling us for half an hour, saying the rider was on his way. In the meantime, the restaurant updated the status on the website to say that the order had been delivered, when in reality there had been no delivery!

After speaking with us another time at 9.10 pm, the restaurant manager stopped picking up our call. We called a total of over 20 times.

We've reached out to your Customer Care phone number numerous times since Sunday but nobody has been assisting us with providing us a refund for our order (1136 rupees).

This is the second time that the Central Plaza Pizza Hut (Gurugram) outlet has ghosted us with delivery I demand you to not waste any more of my time and effort and process a refund for my order because there was no food delivery made at our place even after 1.5 hours...

One of the worst customer service place. I went to grab some pizza today evening around 16:51But my billing was at 16:56.I feel this place was not right place for hospitality all employees are rude and so casual. I went in home wear cloth with short and red white stripe Tshirt. I went inside and no one staff was there. 2 customers were sitting that time. He came from inside and and didn't bother say hi hello no eye contact. I feel they were behave "ahesan kar raha hain". I personally said in my ordered that it take away. After waiting around 15 minute. He gave me pizza box and soft drink. I asked for carry how can I carry with carry bag. There was another guy said in rude language this is packed if you want carry bag you have to pay 10rs. I said okay give carry bag. I just want to asked one thing why the carry bag amount not charge in the first place while taking ordered. Your employee want to make me embrassment.

I feel this store is not as per the standard to run. I will not visit this...
