They are really fooling their customers...extra charges on bills...and today I decided to write here because I was cheated of 500 rupees...I was shown cctv(they themselves offered) in that I am clearly seen paying 1500...but he holds two notes together and one separate...I said see I am giving 3 notes of 500 each but he said no it is 2 notes...I would have stayed and fought but was getting very late for school pickup...I hope if the management is genuine they will look at the close up of my cctv and return my 500...the person who played cctv on a far away screen for me was the buddy of the cashier...I request the owners to look into this mess please...if you prove me wrong somehow then only I would remove my review...otherwise it is my duty to warn customers to watch out or you will be charged...

Best combination of overpriced substandard groceries in Gurgaon! Only surviving because of the location and limited awareness about how bad the stuff is. Worms in quinoa box (which does not have any sealed packing inside. When told Arjun at checkout he wanted to see the worms and empty box (claiming he will send it to the manufacturer to obtain a refund!) before discussing any further. Told him I was not looking for a refund but wanted someone to complain to - said there was no one else. Interesting thing is he was genuinely not interested in knowing even the name of the product so that he can check his stock! If you have any concern about your health, avoid and don't be lazy to travel further to...

Very poor experience with the store. While they charge a premium for everything, if things turn out to be bad/ rotten, they are not willing to exchange or refund. Out of 5 times, fruits turned out to be rotten 3 times. 3 different excuses made by each time: Need a copy of the bill The complaint needs to be submitted the same day. How on earth can anyone eat all the fruits on the same day? They needed us to return all the fruits back, and they would weigh them to issue a credit note. Since we had thrown the rotten fruits in the garbage bin...it was not their problem, we should have reserved the fruits for return. Photos and videos with live worms did not suffice. Extremely pathetic...
