Nirula’s still delivers when it comes to ice cream—the classic Hot Chocolate Fudge and the Delhi Delight scoop are definitely worth a try. But beyond the desserts, the experience leaves a lot to be desired.
The place was quite dirty and had a strange smell when we walked in. It wasn’t even clear if it was open—seemed like the power was out or lights were off. They do offer food options like rolls, but everything is pre-made and honestly just okay.
Service can feel a bit questionable at times, but if you're just stopping by for a quick dessert, it does the job. Easily accessible, especially being close to a metro station, but wouldn’t go out of my way unless I’m really craving that ice cream.

Update --- Guy at the counter was least interested in taking the order, answering a few queries around custom sundae (which is their most expensive product btw) and made a face when asked for a taste sample. Whatever the issue with this overall unpleasant experience needs to be fixed, whether its compensation, soft skills training or just basic hospitality. Read moreNo bill was provided. I had to literally ask the bill twice from the person on cash counter as I realized the amount that was requested didn't tie back to the icecream I asked. When the bill was given, it was incorrect with wrong items listed on the Bill. Since I already paid the higher amount, I was asked to buy something else for the difference amount.
