Theobroma Bakery and Cake Shop - Sector 53, Gurugram — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I have had pathetic experience and embarrassment due to the service provided by the team. One of my employee was having last day in organisation, I ordered cake for his farewell. I had specifically informed the team about the message on the cake, and i was assured by the theobroma team not to worry. But I recieved a blank cake, i contacted them regarding this , they informed that they'll be sending a replacement. But even the replacement was not provided in time. I had to give that cake to the Housekeeping team, n had to order a new cake from other outlet. They acknowledge the mistake, assure multiple times that they'll rectify it. But never take any action. Never gonna...

Never order from their website. Use swiggy Zomato instead. They have no credibility for direct orders placed via their website.

ZERO rating. Pathetic delivery. Even more pathetic customer support. The order was not just delayed but marked delivered even without delivering.

The customer support had long wait times and even if they would pickup the call, the resolution was only limited to - that store will give a callback, Which they never did. But after speaking with customer support 5 times - they finally delivered it 3hours after scheduled time.

Please improve services - start giving direct store numbers instead of in-efficient central customer...

I first had Theobroma pastries in Mumbai. A friend had brought it for me. Then I kept ordering whenever I was in Delhi/Mumbai. They cost much more than regular pastries, but since the quality was so good, I didn’t mind paying more for it. This time I ordered 2 pastries a couple of days back through Swiggy.
