Agreed it’s part of the Klay chain and carries the brand name..but the centre director needs to learn some manners..our child was sick within a week of joining the play school and didn’t attend the rest of the month..we paid the fees for that month..now our Pediatrician has advised to wait for a few months before sending him back..we tried our best and sent him again after sometime..still he got sick..and when we stopped sending the child not even a single person contacted us to know the reason why..when I told the centre director that the child was sick..she didn’t show a single sympathy word and said”ohk”..she only contacted us when the fees for next month was due..my husband and I told her that if we are not sending our child why should we pay..she said no you will still have to pay for the entire month even if he doesn’t attend..otherwise we will cancel your admission..I asked her to resume from December and she didn’t agree and went ahead with cancellation of our admission..again her tone was not at all symphathetic but arrogant to the point she only cares about the money and nothing else..a message to the mam. You are not running any university..but a play school for little ones..so please be a respond a bit emphatically…we will obviously not send our child here again and I feel sorry for other nice and professional employees/teachers who have to...
