Well i take pizza very seriously and after spending time with the best chefs in india eating their food and learning from them. Pizza was where it stuck to me the perfect balance of cooking and baking. These last few years have been to the best of the best pizzeria, bars, pubs, restaurants and hotels just to analyse the pizza concept of india. So i write my 1st review for a pizza with Tossin pizza. Me and some colleagues went to Tossin today. The wide spread menu a mix and match of Italian delicacy with some indian touch was appealing. As rules go with ordering pizza you always order a Margherita the menu called it a "traditional Margherita pizza". And a laal maas pizza somewhat glorified i might add. Starting with both the pizza had a decent crust and partial floppy end to it and also a bar style pizza (thin crust). The dough had a certain crisp to it which reminds me of a certain kind of a pizza. Now the sauce which was only in the Margherita i felt that this was the point where you lost the major point a Margherita is what it is when it has the rustic sweet sour sauce but the cheese overpowered it. The cheese i believe not pecorino or parmagiano was a blended cheese mostly and then again i lost respect when it was topped with half cooked cut in cube tomatoes. Margherita need a char in the bottom, it needs the sauce , lightly seasoned at top and cheese. And then the laal maas pizza id not judge it much as i didn't consider that a pizza. It was a overly glorified mutton bhuna with cheese topped over a pizza base which tasted somewhere between a keema cheese paratha and or mughlai cheese paratha.. Overall I'd rate the Margherita 6.7 and the laal...

Ah, Tossin’s Pizza… once a proud go-to spot for my cheat days, now officially renamed in my house as “Toss-in-the-trash Pizza.” What a fall from grace.
So I decided to treat myself and ordered two of their "finest” offerings — Chicken Cheese and Chicken Peri Peri. Sounds delicious, right? WRONG. What I received must’ve been a culinary experiment in how bad food can legally be before it's classified as a crime.
First off, the pizzas extremely cold. I’m not even exaggerating — if they were any colder, I’d have had to defrost them before eating. Honestly, I checked the box twice to make sure I hadn’t accidentally ordered from Tossin’s Deep Freezer Collection.
As for taste? Let’s just say they really nailed that “hospital cafeteria meets damp cardboard” flavor profile. The Chicken Cheese had all the excitement of chewing on drywall, while the Chicken Peri Peri somehow managed to be both bland and offensive at the same time. Quite the talent, really.
I used to be a regular Tossin's customer. But congratulations, Tossin's, this was the last time you’ll ruin my meal. Hats off for making what might just be the worst pizza in all of Gurgaon. That’s no small feat in a city with literally hundreds of options.
So if you’re craving disappointment with a side of regret, go ahead, order from Tossin’s. Otherwise, save your money — and...
Read moreAm editing this, post the reply by the owner. Dear Sir. This was your second chance. When I called up the outlet, your staff yet again is telling me that the cheese cake is like this only. Maybe, I have never eaten a cheese cake before. Maybe, I am not aware of the intricate details of baking. Yet, the cheesecake has been different than ones ordered before from your outlet only. So maybe inconsistency is the new norm. If so- you guys rock! In being the most inconsistent food place and a potential health hazard.
Original review here: Was a fan of this place. Second time of a horrendous experience. First time was an uncooked pizza and their laal Maas that had ample of bones in it. I did avoid that as a genuine blunder. Today, I ordered a cheese cake and that came frozen. Ice frozen! Cold to the extent that I could smell the oil from the crust.
It has been a great place to order. I guess fame has taken their Quality Check to a non existent level.
For health reasons, would not recommend this...
