The worst experience of dominos at DD Mall Gwalior Dominos outlet. Today I visited dominos outlet at DD Mall. Gwalior.. My experience at this place is worst... Reception person told me to order online and told to wait for 15 min... I have ordered online three pizza and asked to take payment but he said he will take money at the time of take away pizza from reception...In between I asked about pizza , everytime he has told me to wait for just 5 minutes but after wating 35 min I asked again then told me rudely that we have not even started to prepare your orders and you have to wait for another 30 min to 1 hour.... Aur yahan Aisa hi hota hai.... Ek ya do hrs yahan par normally lagta hai.... And delivery was cancelled. I think iss tarah ke jo employee dominos ne rakhe huae hn....These type of employees in domos are suicidal bombs for dominos outlets.And delivering very bad message to general population.. Dominos officials should take strict action against the all employees working in this branch as we have many times visited this outlet and everytime faced same problem with employees.... I suggest all people never visit this place....You can choose any other outlet apart...

Deendayal mall Gwalior Domino's branch (frauds) They did not stand up on your policy. I have ordered a pizza at 7:15 PM and delivery man ordered on 7:52PM. According to their policy ( if the order delivered more than 30 min , the order will be free) when I dial the help centre but the employee who has attend the call was so rude and excuseing that I had not entered my house number. But I ordered on my shop and it was clearely mention my shop name and fully address and location of my shop. Delivery man also agreed he has been late. But branch employee did not agree . 😏 My experience...

I recently visited here on 25 December 2024. The atmosphere is just suffocating. You can smell the heat and pizza everywhere. I have given the order and they were using mobile app for taking order. I ordered 3 Classic onion pizzas the counter boy took the order and then the real story begins. I had to wait for around 40 minutes for my order. They gave my order late and supplying the delivery boy order before even though they ordered after me. The people those came before us were eating pizza and we were waiting. Don't recommend anyone...
