Bill No. 3369, Dated August 31, 2024
We dined at your restaurant recently and, unfortunately, it left much to be desired, especially for a bill of ₹4,000 for four people.
Mushroom Full of Chilli: The dish felt like biting into jalapeno bombs—overwhelmingly spicy, to the point where the flavor of the mushrooms was lost entirely. Dahi Ke Kebabs: These were a saving grace—nicely done and quite enjoyable. Mutton Seekh: A disappointment, chef. The lamb mince needed more finesse—too coarse and lacking the necessary fat for that succulent, smooth texture we expected. Fish Dish: It was deep-fried, which was not what we anticipated from the menu description. And again, overpowering with chili. Tandoori Chef: Hats off to you Missi Roti and Garlic Bread Parantha: Both were fantastic and truly enjoyable. Overall, it felt like we paid a premium for an experience that was far from satisfying. The inconsistency in the food quality and the overuse of chili left us feeling disappointed and cheated. At this price point, we expected a much better balance and attention A...
Read moreWe visited Inari for a family lunch. The approach to the restaurant is a bit difficult for elders, which made getting there inconvenient. The outlet is located in the basement, so take it as a blessing or a curse that your mobile won’t work here. Inside, the ambience was pleasant and comfortable, but the food experience was disappointing.
The veg platter served to us was cold, as though it had been sitting in the kitchen for a while before reaching our table. The tandoori rotis were also not up to the mark. Most disappointing was that the sweet dish, which was part of our Zomato deal, was never served. Despite repeated reminders, the staff kept delaying it until we eventually had to leave without it.
Overall, while the ambience is nice, the service and food quality left us unhappy. The outlet must consider hiring and training well-equipped staff for a brighter future, as better service could make a big difference in customer experience.
This restaurant really needs to step...
Read moreInari is a modern restaurant with primary focus on North Indian and Asian food, with both vegetarian and non vegetarian options, serving alcohol. We ordered Rasgulla chat, which was surprisingly nice and crispy, Bharwa soya tikka, with paneer filling and cheese coating, and Veg. Hakka noodles, which were cooked to perfection. All items were balanced and nicely presented.
Pros: 1. Good tasty food preparation, 2. Interiors are quite modern, 3. Good crowd during weekends, 4. Kids play options in the absolute vicinity, so you can drop your kids to play and enjoy some kid-free dining.
Cons: 1. Food portions could be improved, 2. When crowd pours, the waiters appear baffled and unable to calmly manage, 3. They have a full glass wall looking into the kitchen, of which I personally am not a huge fan, I don’t want to know how they cook my food or what mess they create inside, 4. Though modern, some furniture appears dated.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant to all...
