La Pino'z Pizza- Sector 9, Panchkula — Restaurant in Haryana

We tried La Pino Pizza for the very first time yesterday. Ambience was good but there were lot of small flies. Even though most of the tables were unoccupied ,the tables were not well maintained ( no staff for cleaning the tables). We ordered a large size pizza for family of four and person taking the order asked us whether it's a takeaway or dine in. We told him that it is a dine in. When the order came, the person who took the order came to deliver the order too, and he just brought the box containing pizza and a couple of tissue papers. No plates were given. With great difficulty we somehow managed to finish the pizza taking the little support of tissue papers which were provided to us. Though the pizza was delivered hot and it was tasty, we could not enjoy the whole process because of the lack of plates and more of our efforts was focussed on keeping the flies away. After finishing the pizza when I enquired at the counter why don't they give the plates to the customer, then they gave a weird reply. That they do have plates, but they give only to customers who ask for the plates. I mean this is a basic understanding which they should have. This is going to be our last visit at La pino Pizza as the overall dining experience of eating a pizza( though delicious...

Very bad services,

I have coupon which is received from 10 deals ,after that i call to la pino pizza sector 8 panchkula, and they are saying we are not offering any such discount , after forcing they check the coupon code and agree for applying coupon code , then i ordered for large pizza with cheesy lovers , but delivering is very bad they are delivered the pizza after 80 minutes , that is not professional , in between i call to executive and they sad to me our office colleague is on the way and they also saying it is the techib=chal problem delivering boy's bike petrol is over , but this is not my problem , i have order these pizza to my guests , i was insulted in front of my office colleague , they all gathered for my birthday party , bcoz yesterday was my birthday, this is for guide to other ,yet they are not facing the same problem.

And if i talk about the pizza it was all cold and base was all hard, my friends did not mention that but seriously its was all my bad when i ' m offering pizza and its all cold....!!

I m very much disappointed with the service provide and pizza quality as well... i believe i will have to switch to some other pizza options next time when i want...

Order was placed through zomato and was for Sector 9 panchkula. When the order wasn't delivered until 40 minutes past the time order was placed, I called the restaurant and was told they have transferred to sector 14 Panchkula and a delivery executive would call me. No call was made and when I again called they said they have informed sector 14 Panchkula branch but I still didn't receive the call. I received the call after 40 minimum after I was told I will receive a call. In total the order was delivered after 1 hour 20 minutes post the order was placed. This is the last time I am placing the order from La Pino. Dominos your rival does a better job in delivering within 30 minutes and values their customers. If you valued your customer you would have called and made sure the order was...
