For ordering on call:- To my amazement, I ordered dosa again from Sagar Ratnam, this time by calling them directly instead of through Zomato. And the experience was on another level! If I could, I’d give them a 6 out of 5 rating , 5 stars for the exceptional quality of food and an extra star for the delivery person who was genuinely polite, refused to take a tip, and delivered the food with a smile. Food: Uttapam was amazing but rava masala dosa was not upto the mark. Dahi vada was nice too but could have a better presentation Service: Good. Service manager was nice and kept an eye on service Ambience: Good ambience and spacious Menu: Huge variety. Shree Ratnam Restaurant is specially for South Indian food but they served North indian food Also. This Restaurant is in Sector -9 Pkl. Just opposite to Shalimar Ground sector -5 Pkl.Food is good.
