The Brew Estate — Restaurant in Haryana

We went for a family dinner at this place. The place looked so good as the ambience was fab. But gradually our experience started becoming horrible.

We ordered for two pizzas, a Veg Pizza and a BBQ Chicken Pizza. Both the pizzas BARELY had any cheese and we're COLD.

Then we ordered for a Veg Platter which was just okay. For the main course we ordered :

Mutton Roghan Josh : 7/10 Shahi Paneer : 4/10 Butter Chicken : 3/10

It doesn't matter that the food wasn't good because restaurants some times have a bad day but the behaviour of their staff was terrible.

Around the time when I was thinking of ordering a Sheesha, the waiter said " AFTER TWO HOURS NOW YOU WANT A SHEESHA ?". I said, no let it be.

Later my brothers asked him the reason for his behaviour to which he repeated the same thing in a softer tone and said sorry in the most indifferent tone ever.

After we finished dinner, my grandmother asked for a finger bowl to which the same waiter responded that "FINGER BOWLS are only available in Fine Fine Restaurants".

Then she asked for some mouth freshner to which he again said that "We don't serve any mouth freshner".

We then met the Manager and he apologised to us and revealed that they serve Paan Shots to everyone after their meal but we were denied for the same. The manager called for some Paan Shots and we had it.

But our experience...

This place has indoor as well as rooftop seating which is pretty spacious. Ambience is good. If you are someone who wants to enjoy fresh beer and pizzas & delectable starters this is the place to be . I really like food here.

But service was not up to the mark. We need to ask them to get every single thing which they are supposed to get along with meal. They are too slow. They really need to work on that and the server's must behave professionally.

Coming to what all I ordered :

(1) Oven Roasted Vegetable Pizza - It's a thin crust wood fired Pizza with ample amount of seasoning , sauces and veggies on it .One of the best Pizzas I have had in Tricity . MUST TRY .

(2) Tandoori Masala Soya Chaap - It was good. I really like it .Do try .

(3) Desi Chilli Paneer - It was the best . The dips that they serve along with the starters is dope . I totally loved it .

(4)Veg Salt-n-Pepper - It was good .You can give it a try .

(5)SNICKER AND NUTS SHAKE - if you are a fan of thick shakes you would love this one . Must try .

(6) Cappuccino - Loved it .They serve it with cookies . I like it. Must try.

On and all I would say a good place to hangout with friends and family .What lacks is service and staff's behaviour.

Brew Estate located at very good location. Always a go to place for me. There are sittings in three floors including one roof top open sitting. All of the sitting are comfortable. Talking about ambience in comparison to the other in competition i find it best here. Crowd is always good. Staff is well behaved, soft spoken and cooperative. Service is also good. They have separate smoking area too. Now coming over food. I would say their food is really very good. Good portion quantity, very good quality and excellent taste (veg and non-veg both). I am a regular visitor and never disliked the food there. Talking about the drinks, i never had any whiskey there and they are bottled so there is no point of talking about that but the beer they serve is really amazing. I liked their beer the most among other breweries. It is really refreshing. But their cocktails and mocktails are not so good. I have had some really good drinks at other places. So yes i can recommend this place to everyone and this is a good place for every occasion whether it is a party, get together, date, family dinner, any office party, client meeting you can look upto this place.
