I had 2nd visit here. 1st time in 2022 and now in 2024 and I was trekking to Grahan Village and came back to kasol on 23rd which is today and I had very bad experience with Buddha Palace cafe. First I ordered hot water as weather is cold the person who was attending us said ₹10 charge for regular hot water. Who charge for regular hot water and when asked will it be added in GST bill they denied. And then I ordered MUSHROOM CHILLI (which was worst in taste and mushroom as not properly cooked) and when asked for any chilli sauce again they denied and said “It’s a off season and we don’t keep it”. Tell me one thing that why Little Italy which is in same location within 5 minutes distance keeping everything to keep customers happy?.. Buddha Palace you have to improve your services to keep your customers happy. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE ATTITUDE AND SERVICES OF YOURS. Worst Experience, Very Unprofessional
We booked 1 room for 3 people and were promised extra bedding by 9 PM, but had to call over 10 times before 1 AM and have to go to reception again and again to finally get it.
At the cafe, both the waiter and manager misbehaved. When we called them out, they argued and were ready to fight instead of apologizing. Totally unprofessional.
Food was bad, no cutlery provided, and we had to keep calling from the room just to get basic service. Only the reception guy was polite.
Not safe for families or couples....

It's a cosy small cafe where you get good food,ordered crispy chicken it was delicious super crunchy and fresh. Salad was good as well. Situated by the banks of river you can actually hear the roar of river the beautiful night view. I stayed in Kasol for 4days and was visiting this place every night. Just the mosquito issues are there pls carry your own goodnight 4 dots and you good to go. Do try there lemon ginger tea that's amazing too. Overall humble staff...
