I had an extremely disappointing experience at Nalini Restaurant on Mall Road, Shimla, today. As soon as I arrived, the staff told me that I could only eat outside unless I paid extra to sit inside. This kind of policy is unfair and unwelcoming, especially in a tourist-heavy area where hospitality should be a priority.

Despite this, I decided to give the food a chance—but it was a huge letdown. The meal was overpriced, lacked flavor, and the portion sizes were too small for the cost. On top of that, the service was poor, with the staff being indifferent and unhelpful.

With so many better dining options in Shimla, I would strongly recommend avoiding Nalini Restaurant. Charging extra just for indoor seating while offering subpar food and service is unacceptable. Definitely not...

It was d worst restaurant in the mall road , the server is very rude and harsh . He dint bring the correct order and was fighting for it . All their tea is only meachine made and has no flovor and no one wants to check it . Cholea batura was priced 350 , am still wondering what caused this price ! There was no flavour no spice nothing . My personal experience here was not good Service was not good and their food is also not good I order dry manchurian and it was full of oil and it taste was bad. And we cancelled it that we can't eat this type of food "the manager said iska to paisa dena padega and we did pay for Manchurian" too much rude. on requsting too Much they offered to exchange one kachori for manchurian i denied for that and when I paid the bill and left the restraunt they didn't gave me anything in exchange. Then I went back after so much of requesting they pack me two sandwhiches also unhealthy way as you can see in the photos. The sandwhich is puted on floor.
