It's a sad place to be in. We walked around the mall road and tried visiting the place in the evening and was told about a waiting time k Of 20 mins, completely agreeable, waited for 30 mins and approached the waiting attendent just to hear the same thing another 30 mins of waiting time.

I noticed some thing funny - to register for the waiting time you need to tip the waiting attendant some 100 rupees and you will be called as soon as a seat gets free, thought it was odd to pay for a table.

If the management team is a part of the tiping arrangement then it's a shame on you if not hoping the management looks at this and understands how customers are being shooed away by the bully waiting attendant in the ground...

Worst and dreadful experience ever ... Not recommendable...

Poor service. Staff is not professional. Have ordered 3 liter beer tower along with snacks. Beer tower contaminated with an insect (spider) inside. We noticed insect when we have drinked half of beer. We called for the manager. Manager asked us to replace the tower with a new one. But when we said we consumed a contaminated beer it can be poisonous, manager said we can only replace the item.Restaurant manager didn't even felt sorry for bad food and poor service. This is going back a few years. We ordered mocha - Brewster had no idea what that was. We taught them how to make a few cocktails. Came back for dinner & they served us chicken & mutton from 20 years ago. Mutton was pretty much leather & chicken was the same. They got us since they had views. Do yourselves a favour & find another place. Wanted to tell the waiting staff & they were aggressive. Didn’t want a fight but seriously, this is 21st century and service standards do matter.
