I never in my life lost my appetite the way I did yesterday! I am so disgusted and disappointed with your chicken Biryani!

It’s scary to think that you passed health checks and are operating. Please investigate this branch because it’s a health hazard. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else! This was one of my favorite dish to eat but after this incident I cannot look at your food the same way again!

I have very graphic videos with timestamps recorded of the incident. THEY ARE MUCH WORSE THAN THE PHOTOS.

NOT JUST ONE BUT ALL 5 ORDERS OF MINE HAD BAD SMELL IN THEM. Me and my family bought this from the shop as take out. It was packing in their packet and I was the one who opened it to eat it, Until I saw the other packet were same! I can’t imagine......

These photos where taken at night time, I have the records of time on my phone. I tried contacting their phone and waited for their response but they did not take any action.

This serves as a reminder and warning to all the fast food chains to please take care of the quality and safety of their food. I hope this will not happen again.

I have been a regular customer and have enjoyed your food for over 20 years, but I had the worst experience today, which has compelled me to write this message. My wife and I ordered a roll, and she politely requested the server to use less chili due to dietary preferences. Unfortunately, the person preparing the roll had an earphone in one ear and completely ignored her repeated requests. Despite our objections, he continued to add excessive chili. When we expressed that the food was too spicy to eat, he responded with a sarcastic and insulting remark directed at my wife. This was not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful. When I raised the issue with the manager at the cash counter, instead of acknowledging the poor behavior of his staff, he began arguing with me and questioned why I was raising my voice. According to him, I was expected to quietly accept my wife being insulted. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer-facing business. My concern is not just about the food, but the way we were treated. I sincerely hope that the owners take this feedback seriously and take appropriate action to ensure no other customer has to go through such...

Just went to the Shop today evening and i found that their all the food are very very highly priced.
