I recently dined at Pista House Fine Dining and while there were some positives, the experience overall was underwhelming. The staff was polite and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we entered.

We ordered several dishes, but many arrived lukewarm and lacked the rich flavors we had hoped for. I organized a family dinner at Pista House Private Dining Rooms on May 7th, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The manager, Miss. Farzana, was instrumental in making everything run smoothly; she ensured that all arrangements were handled flawlessly, without any issues. A huge shoutout to her for making everything happen

The staff, including all the waiters and waitresses, were incredibly professional and treated every guest with respect and warmth. The ambience of the restaurant was very inviting, making it perfect for intimate gatherings. The decor added to the overall pleasant atmosphere, enhancing our dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the food—it was truly the highlight! Every dish was exceptionally tasty, showcasing excellent quality and authenticity. Everything was made perfectly, leaving us all satisfied and delighted.

After a wonderful experience at the Pista House tea section, we decided to dine at their Private Dining area adjacent to it.

The dining experience was going well until the very end, when things took an unfortunate turn. I was served a box containing various mouth fresheners. I took a spoon of the soft supari, only to find a small white stone-like object in it, which chipped my tooth badly. It led to immediate pain and bleeding, turning an otherwise pleasant evening into a distressing one.

While I understand foreign particles can occasionally slip into food, I expected better handling of the situation. The staff and manager showed some concern, but their response lacked genuine acknowledgment or a proper apology — until the very end, which felt a bit delayed and mechanical.

Given the physical damage and emotional stress, I intend to take strict action against the management based on the treatment required.
