900 Degree Brick Oven Pizza - NOW OPEN — Restaurant in Hyderabad

fter being thoroughly disappointed by Dominos, Pizza Hut et al. in India,I found this quaint pizza place on Zomato. Reviews looked promising so visited it during a quiet Sunday afternoon.

Place was deserted, understandably so, who eats Pizza at 1 PM eh. The decor is OK, not too fancy but not shabby either. Didn't mind much, as I was there for the Pizza :)

Was greeted warmly by the owner. Ordered a 900 Veg extravagance Pizza with additional Pineapple topping. The owner is a amazing jack of all trades it seems, manning the reception desk as well as Chefs hat. It took about 20 mins for the pie to be freshly prepared, baked and served, not too bad a waiting time.

One bite into the first slice, and I was in literal pizza heaven. Excellent crust, neither too dry, not too oily with the right amount of softness and crunch. Cheese was perfectly melted and tasted amazingly fresh. Sauce was just perfect!. If I could change just one bit, it would be fresh basil on top. Everything else was just scrumptious.

Would most definitely be going back to this place as soon as I can. Thanks to the owner for such a delightful pizza. Apologies for not saying a goodbye when leaving as someone else was...

Clean and decent ambience. One of the best pizzerias I have been to. Fans of "The Godfather" series would be in for a visual treat when they enter this place.

After one bite of the pizza slice, your attention span narrows down to a much smaller triangle, that you might turn a blind eye to the furniture or interior decor until you finish eating your share of slices. My 'most favorite-est' part of the trip (second only to the pizza) is the "Viewing gallery". A counter with glass partition separates the dining area from the kitchen and store. This see-through counter enables us to see the making of the pizza and it is definitely a treat to the watch, and a much better treat to the tongue and stomach as well.

Although it has been exposed to high temperatures, the pizza is surprisingly soft. The staff are more than happy to give a tour of the kitchen, let you see the oven up close, and answer each and every question.

Recommended dishes are the pizzas with BBQ sauce and additional Pineapple/Paneer topping. Special mention about the cheese garlic bread and super cheese garlic bread - they are extremely soft and...

Amazed by the passion, the owner of 900° Brick oven has for baking such scrumptious pizzas. Though we had ordered a couple of times from there online but eating it there when it was piping hot, was altogether a different experience.

We ordered 2 pizzas , Italian spice was exceptionally yum with taste of olives and paprika over it.. and we ordered a couple of cheese garlic breads .. everything was perfect in taste.. I would highly recommend the pizza lovers to try 900° Brick oven, Kondapur...

But to my disappointment, in 2 years it's gone best to worst.. don't know what has happened to the quality and the taste of the food.
