I really like this place. I do. Wide variety of continental items, all equally delicious, and there I say, some the best fried chicken I've ever had in my life. I'd often order the chicken steak and veggies after hitting the gym. So why the low score? Consistency. I can't keep ordering from a resturant where I am forced to play a game of russian roulette and hope my chicken will be cooked and not filled with blood. I wish I could say this was a one time thing but it isn't. This has happend far too many time that I'd like to admit. Bloody chicken is a health hazard and not something take lightly. Ive had many stoamch aches in the past from some of the food items but i overlooked it, but make no mistake, as someone who has suffered too many cases of food poisoning I take this issue rather seriously. As you can tell from the picture, the chicken I received was bloody and my stomach began to hurt immediately, but that is a symptom of the larger issue.

It is a shame because this resturant excels in so many categories but it fails in the most important one; quality control. As tasty as it is, I'm afraid one day I'm going to get terribly sick and that is simply not worth it. Sure the food wasn't always perfect, but not once did they ever serve chicken that was this bloody, its quite shocking honestly. I'm writing here to share my experience. P.S. i haven't tasted the food here, so my review is not about the food but the management of the place.

I've ordered hot and sour soup and a chicken roll. I entered the place around 22:45 and it's been 23:28 yet no sign of food and when I asked he says 'there's only one cook cooking so please understand'. I see the takeaways still going out.

And, The most insulting thing is when customers who came later to me are served.

By this time, my hunger no longer exists and yet I stayed as the guy said the foods being cooked. I didn't order a biryani or some complicated dish to take this longer.

The person could've clearly told if the food is not available at that time. I've lost my patience and asked for the 2nd time, he said soups getting ready and roll's gonna take 5 min more longer.

The person was sorry but his actions seem otherwise. Anyways, I didn't want to embarrass myself more or create a scene, I'm not that brave. So I paid for the food and left the place.

If my review is checked upon, The staff would definitely know who wrote this and exactly know how they treated the alone customer in a maroon hoodie on 11th september 2025 night.

Wish they improve their services and not let anyone to be treated this way in future, especially to the customers who chose them for food when there are other good eateries...
