I visited on a weekend to enjoy the live music and have a good time with friends. While the atmosphere and live music were enjoyable, I couldn't help but feel let down by the unprofessional and unfit service provided by the waitstaff.

After finishing our meal, we received the bill, which included a 10% service charge. Now, I understand that service charges are typically optional, and given the unsatisfactory service we had received, I politely asked the waiter for a fresh bill without the service charge. To my surprise, he adamantly refused, arguing with me for a prolonged 15 minutes.

His excuses were not only unconvincing but also dishonest. He claimed that the service charge was mandatory and included band fees, which was both disgusting and funny. It was clear to me that he was simply trying to deceive us into paying an additional amount that we were not obligated to pay.

The waiter's behavior throughout the interaction was highly unprofessional. Instead of addressing our concerns and offering a solution, he wasted our time with his dishonesty and unwillingness to accommodate our request. This level of service is completely unacceptable and tarnished what could have been an otherwise pleasant experience.

Despite the enjoyable live music, the seating options were limited, with the main and middle sections consistently reserved for larger groups, leaving us with either bar counter seats or secluded corners that provided no proper view of the band. The lack of attention to individual guests and the clear preference for larger groups was disheartening, making us feel undervalued as patrons. Combined with the subpar service experience, the unfavorable seating situation overshadowed the positive aspects of the evening.

DISGUSTING SERVICE AND EVEN MORE PATHETIC STAFF AND MANAGEMENT.If there was a zero rating that's exactly what this place deserves.Went here with a friend recently to watch a band play.We called them to make a reservation for a table and were told they don't take reservations for 2 people. On arriving at the place the reservation lady/ useless person who looks after the seating there, was extremely rude and didn't seem interested at all in providing us a place to sit despite the entire place being empty. Once we sat and decided to place an order the waiter went about chatting for a solid 10 minutes with another random staff member(and no this was not related to work) and turned a deaf ear despite of us calling him multiple times to take the order. We decided to leave the place but wanted to make sure that the management is informed of such behavior from their staff. We found a person who claimed to be one of the managers there. When we tried to tell him about their staff and their rude and careless attitude, he seemed least interested and kept taking phone calls in between the conversation and didn't bother to even completely listen to what we had to say and kept saying he will find us a place to sit despite of me telling him that we already did find a place but we are leaving because of their rude and irresponsible staff. He basically didn't seem to want to listen at all. IF THE MANAGER HIMSELF IS LIKE THAT, WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THE STAFF? Every person is a customer irrespective of whether its a huge group of people or a group of 2 and they deserve to be treated with respect. Continue to treat people like this and you will be left with no customers...

Air Live is a beautiful place to hangout with friends who are absolutely in love with all the shades of sky.

They have huge glass doors for the customers to enjoy the beautiful sunset.

At about 6pm onward Air Live completely goes dark with nice warm lights turned on, fitted inside the tables, which gave a surreal look to the whole concept of sky gazing with a nice cozy vibe.

Another big big shout out is to the live music, and their live screening of ipl matches for sure will be enjoyable along with the moctails, cocktail and other alcoholic drinks.

Coming to the food, they served good amounts of quantity, crispy corn, chicken salads tasted regularly good, pizza wasn't very tasty the crust was too thin.

Oh my god, damn the cocktails are too yum..! We ordered almost every variety we could see in their menu..! Me and my friends were fully happy with the drinks.

A few dislikes on the mocktails though, I've tried the beach boys which basically tasted all guva where it was supposed to taste mango guava and passion fruit, and the other mocktails tasted just as any other cafés or restaurant.

Air Live is kindly welcoming with their happy hour treats up untill 6/6:30pm.

A few negatives, it is completely open to smoking and much noisy during weekends, but if you wanna have some peaceful mind over a few drinks try to visit during the working days at about 4 pm on wards, other than that including the service and the waiter's patience it is good to go..!

The washroom are neat and washed oftenly by the cleaners and It has a vallet parking too,...
