Blue Fox — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I have been eating at minerva and blue fox since 10 years . Consistent good taste and hygiene . It has always been my goto place for comfort food . The lockdown started and when after a while swiggy and Zomato resumed services , i was craving good food and ordered my usual from blue fox. Mixed fried roce and ginger fish via swiggy. I was eagerly waiting to devour my fav meal when it turned out to be a colossal disappointment. The meat was stale. There was no spice and it seemed i was eating rotten food . I called up blue fox immediately and complainrd. Who ever answered my phone replied that the chefs have returned to their villages and hence the food was like this . He said if i had a problem with the food taste i should complain to swiggy and he hung up. Thats the last time i will ever eat at blue fox...

Food: 3.5/5. Regular options in menu. Taste is good. Quality of Indian breads (especially Kulcha) is not good. It does not have any specific restaurant special veg or chef's special veg. Paneer Till is good.

Ambience: 3/5. A very light fragrance is spread in the restaurant which makes you feel good. Lights are dim to make it a peaceful dinner.

Additionally, the place serves liquor. It is very close to Ameerpet metro station. Google map will take you to exact location. However, during night, the place is not noticeable as there are no lights or board which can easily appear in night. The hotel building has "Blue Fox" written on top but not clearly...
